The consultation was good and informative on the project. The installation was good. We had 2 windows and a door wall done.They put plastic over furnishings to protect from dust. The dust still finds it way around the house.Pella product is great. During the install, I presented a concern and they cleared up the issue that I wanted addressed. Final install paperwork said service maintenance to assist with getting the glass opened to the mini blind. It had some debris hanging and resin or something on interior glass. We were told they should be calling to make an appointment in a couple days. Never got a call on setting up that appointment. I was able to figure it out.

The gentleman came out, was very professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied.

WOW! I decided to get custom made doors since my home is older, 1950s, and it's hard to find doors that fit perfectly. Giuseppe came out and explained the process and helped me find what I wanted :) The installation crew: Austin B, Austin N, Joe, and Jake were fantastic! They were very respectful and kind... and took time to answer my questions. I thought I was meticulous until I met this crew! Everyone was terrific and the windows are beautiful. So much so that we told friends in Woodhaven that they should call them when they indicated that they were interested in all new windows for their own house. They also went with Adkins and are very happy with the people and the work that was done.

They were good. They did quality work, but Kyle likes to talk. He messed up two things. They have fixed one; the other one they couldn't fix because they already had the windowsills put in. So, he ended up giving me some money back because they were the wrong color sills. They are supposed to be just plain white, and they were basically speckled or black or whatever. He kind of went with what he had in his bag and didn't really listen to what my wife said because that was her project on the windowsills. All in all, when the work is done, it's great.

From start to finish it was a great experience..the quote was less than expected..the communication before the install..the workmanship was excellent! Professional crew and respectful in and around the house..I’d totally recommend the Adkins team!

I would not hesitate to recommend Adkins & Sons. Starting with the estimate, they were very thorough, reviewed all our options, provided some good technical background as we discussed options and were not afraid to share their professional opinion when asked. They were not pushy and no high pressure sales BS (sign now and save 20%, etc...). I have dealt with the big manufacturer direct vinyl people in the past and Renewal by Anderson for this project - dealing with Adkins & Sons was very refreshing after dealing with those clowns. Paul was obviously an experienced tradesman and not just a sales person trying to meet a quota and doing so by telling you how bad the competition was. I believe I got a better product that was appropriate for my house for a bit less and without the smoke and mirrors pricing with stupid "one day only" discounts and high pressure sales techniques. Wish I would have just called them first. Also - I feel better knowing I am supporting a local, family owned business and I am confident they will stand behind their work. They made some adjustments to a door they installed for me years ago ( a couple times) without much hesitation, even though they problems were due to settlement and not their original installation.
