Instill cannot get any information on the warranty they promised

Very efficient work, substantial crew to complete quickly, effectively and efficiently. Good communication from their team. Lots of support through the insurance claims process.

Absolut Roofing took care of everything with submitting my claim for insurance coverage.

Easy process, integrity throughout, beautiful work.

The team at Absolute worked closely with us to explain the insurance process (hail damaged roof) and communicated with us throughout. They were always available to answer questions. The work done was great; correcting issues they found from the original roof install.

Was very professional and great people to work with. Highly recommend

Clean-up could be better.

Great support through sales, dealing with insurance, project management

made the experience painless.

Very professional from beginning of process to the end. Sales representative Andrew was very knowledgeable and followed up on any questions I had.

This project was expertly implemented from cradle to grave. Excellent work from everyone involved.

There are two shingles torn at the edge and one place where the gutter cover is open. Called service team couple times, still waiting to be fixed.
I can't recommend to my friend due to this bad customer service experience

A friend recommended Absolute Roofing to us and we will recommend the company to others.

Will definitely give Nick Price's business card to anyone I know needing a roof.

We love the replacement and the people who worked to replace our roof were great. However, communication was very spotty, we had two different contractors guide us through the process. One left the company mid project and the other went MIA after the roof finished. We never heard anything from the second Gentleman and we had to contact the company to close out the claim.

Highly recommended as I got a very amazing services from beginning to end .

Outstanding assistance with insurance company representatives

They stand by what they offer.

Communication was not at best. We were only given 2 choices of colors for our roof. We wanted black and the sales associate confirmed that the sample he was showing us would appear black once it was installed onto our roof. We felt that the color was much lighter than black.

Very responsive and dependable.

Nate from sales was AMAZING

Knowledgeable and friendly personnel. Highly skilled roof installation team.

David actually walked on the roof and took pictures required to get the insurance company to agree to a full roof replacement

Job well done as expected. Cleanup was good.

Everything the good workers excellent workers
