Everyone involved was supremely professional and friendly as well. The panels and storage system are working great. I was particularly impressed with how carefully Adrian's team mapped out the various conduits/connections, and in the end came up with something that was as clean-looking as I could have hoped for. They were great problem-solvers when working through final details for approval of the project.

Proposals from 3 solar panel contractors that Energy Trust referred seemed very similar (it's a highly competitive business). I read them several times and put salient data in spreadsheet format. Then A&R emerged as the top company for me. The sales rep Phoebe and project manager Tina were very responsive, in timeliness, courtesy, and professional knowledge. The on-the-ground (or on-the-roof) installation team (Ryan, Vanessa, Brian, James, and Brendan) could not have been finer workers -- knew their business, worked safely together, and were pleasant when we chatted at start or end of each work day. I would use A&R Solar again.
