I was very disappointed in how this project turned out. I was very optimistic that A&J would provide a professional and quality service. I received little to no communication as the roof was being installed. The crew installing the roof spoke very little english which is not a problem if there are PMs on site in constant communication via text or call keeping the client abreast of the timeline and progress and ensuring that the client is satisfied during the install, not just after the work is complete. I am not a professional roofer so I cannot attest to the quality of workmanship. Speed does not equal quality. Walkers Construction did a great job with the gutters and answered all of my questions during the installation. I was hoping to have Walkers Construction install aluminum wrapping around my exposed facia, however, I never received the quote that was promised or a receipt for my payments; both my checks were cashed. All in all, I would encourage my neighbors to avoid A&J roofing when I am asked.

I know a lot of the things required for a manufactured warranty. You can't use certain things like staples or synthetic papers. You checked off every box on my list. They walked me through after the work was done. I saw the stuff they were doing. The quality was outstanding. I had other quotes. They hit it right on the nail. They were reasonable. Some others were close, but you have the highest rated shingles. They did everything better in my opinion. The quality and confidence of their work met my expectations. They did little things to go above and beyond.
