The scope of work they completed for us included a new roof, above ceiling insulation and select glazing system repair on our custom home.

The workmanship was excellent, the pricing was fair and the communication, coordination and follow through was also excellent.

Paul was our initial and primary contact. He was professional, genuine and accessible. His review of existing conditions was thorough. He listened to our objectives, presented pros and cons of possible solutions and was attentive to our goals at atypical details. He was always proactive, and, at the end of the field work phase, put on his boots to make sure that every last detail was addressed. He inspired confidence, was a pleasure to work with, and in the end, made sure every aspect was properly addressed.

When physical roofing work commenced, Al, Jim and John oversaw field operations. Jim kept his workforce and the worksite safe. He also translated a superb understanding of exterior envelope weatherproofing concepts into physical solutions. Particularly at unique field conditions, all with superior workmanship. I place considerable value on his type of knowledge and skill.

Al demonstrated strong leadership. Even given his role on the company org chart, he was on the roof working. He modeled a work ethic desirable in his workforce. His actions gave me additional insight and confidence in the culture of the company. In my opinion, these are hallmark qualities that were coupled with excellent communication skills.

John was also a great interface, keeping the logistics of workforce, material and equipment flowing without interruption. Undoubtedly he was making much more happen behind the scenes than I could see.

Coty and his team performed the insulation work. His pre-proposal assessment was thorough and candid. His recommendations were grounded in best practices and sound construction sense. He was flexible and patient as we evolved the scope. He also, was not afraid to work. When I looked above the ceiling at the conclusion of his team’s efforts, I was pleased but not at all surprised.

With my particular background, I naturally walked the jobsite a couple times daily. However, I never felt the need to intervene. In short, the team quickly earned my confidence and trust.

A very professional company to do business with. Kyle came out and inspected our roof and discussed our options for the different products. The materials were delivered ahead of the installation crew. The crew did a fine job installing our new roof. They were on time, quick and cleaned up afterwards. Kyle came back afterwards to do a post installation inspection. The job looks aesthetically pleasing.
