I was satisfied with the work.

A-Plus came and picked up where a previous contractor had not done a good job. They were as timely as possible and communicated everything clearly as far as the next steps and overall project scope. The work they did was above and beyond what I have seen any other contractor do. I couldn't recommend them any higher. Dustin, Steve, and Evan were great. I worked with them primarily and they were responsible for everything mentioned.

Communication was bad. It took months and months longer than expected. The quality was terrible especially the framers and concrete team. Awful experience, I would select another company.

I am not likely to recommend them because I called twice now, and they haven't come to finish my flooring.

There are communication problems. I called the owner 3-to 4 times regarding the report that they fixed. He did not get back to me. I did not have a report on what they did. It's a long story. The only reason I went with them was we had some issues with our insurance and our insurance recommended them because I did not have enough time to go with someone else. We did not want to start over and over again. I don't recommend them, no. If you want to say they did a good job, no. I am not going to give them any good ratings.

Their communication was all over the place. I was not happy with how the construction went. The overall product turned out fine. The completion of it was a headache.

I would have liked for my paint to match. I have to repaint everything. It took them six months to fix the kitchen. There was no communication. It has been a nightmare ever since it started.

Good quality service and super informative I’m your needs

A-Plus Construction has quality employees with quality work, however the sub-contractors they use I would rate a zero (0). The demo crew (contractor) created quite a bit of additional damage. The crew installing new windows (contractor) had no idea what they were doing. Had to redo some windows. The crew that did the KILZ treatment (contractor) was a disaster. They Kilzed electrical wiring, sprayed the hot water heater and any pipes exposed. They covered NOTHING. A-Plus employees had to come in and redo a lot of stuff.

They were very professional, did their work on time and all was good.

Considering the number of different subcontractors needed for our repairs, A-Plus Construction managed to coordinate each step required in a timely manner. Everyone was professional in their workmanship, courtesy, and respect. The final results are better than expected.

The quality of the work was excellent and beautiful results were achieved.

From Toby the coordinator of the repairs to Tim drywall/painter who worked extra hard and meticulously to get ahead of scheduleSo we could go on vacations we had previously planned. Then Randy did fabulous carpet repair andRe-stretch. Though the carpet cleaners were super nice and professional theOnly negative was they got carpet too wet (took 3 days to dry)& according to my usual carpets cleaners who said that much wetness may of caused more older stains to even resurface as while as the ones they were trying to remove. A carpet should be dry in 3-6 hrs max.

They did a good job. I always felt comfortable with them in my home. Their employees are very cooperative.
