SPC did an outstanding job on our large and complicated roof. Not only would we use them again for roof work, but they were also so straightforward and organized we'd use them for other construction projects as well.

SPC made our whole experience much easier than expected. They worked well with our insurance company and worked very quickly to get our roof done. After a large hail storm hit our area, we saw several companies in and out of our neighborhood and heard some bad reviews! We don’t have a single bad thing to say about our experience with SPC and would recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Very friendly, went over everything extremely well so I understood each item. Crew was great cleaned up everything and left it as it except with a beautiful new roof!

We had a lapse in insurance coverage on a house we own that we did not know about. When we discovered it we had to find a different carrier because the previous carrier would not do it. We got insurance through the other carrier then got notified that it was being cancelled unless the roof was replaced by March 1. That is when Zack with SPC listened to our problem on February 6th, had us sign a contract on February 7th and started and completed the job on February 19th. Zack suggested the color brownwood instead of putting the grey back on. We went with the brownwood and it looks great. Blends with the brick really well. If anyone reading this needs a new roof then SPC is the way to go. If we ever need a roof again we will be calling Zack.

Dennis was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job keeping us informed every step of the way. He stayed in touch with our insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. He made sure the gutter and garage door contractors did what was expected of them. He even patched our roof to avoid further damage while waiting on shingles and patched a rotted area of trim before new gutters were put up. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

I don't know of anyone that is actively looking to have their roof replaced right now but if ANYONE asks me about a roofing company I will absolutely tell them they have to call SPC. I don't know if every salesman and Proj Mgr at SPC are as good as the two I worked with but I could not have asked for a better team for my roof.

Their scheduling is convenient and easy to work with, and they showed up at the agreed upon time. The staff was very professional and finished our roof job within one day. They kept the house very clean and I would highly recommend SPC services.

Additional Comments - Everything was outstanding and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and gave me a beautiful roof. They worked well with me to give me the best customer service.

They went above and beyond on some issues that we had. Our neighbors have a fish pond and a huge garden, and they worked with us on protecting their garden and fish pond. Most important, they were able to address ventilation issues for us.

Overall, they did a fantastic job.
