Lyons Contracting replaced my roof in January 2024. They were immediately responsive when first contacted, and completed the roofing work quickly. However, during their work they identified that the fascia board in the back needed to be replaced, and the rear gutters rehung or replaced. I have tried several times since January 2024 to have them complete that work, but they have been unresponsive. It's a shame. I am pleased with the roofing work and would have hired them for more work, but they won't return my phone calls.

Lyons Contracting did an excellent job on my roof replacement. The company did my neighbor's roof and she recommended them. Tom was very responsive to my request for a proposal for a roof replacement. He came to my house the day after I called him to discuss what I wanted and what should be done. He quickly generated a proposal and cost estimate. When we accepted, we decided we wanted some additional work and Tom very quickly provided a revised cost estimate. The work was scheduled to begin two days after signing the contract.
The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and went straight to work. Throughout the workday, they answered any questions we had. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly.
Tom and the company were very professional throughout the entire process. He never tried to up sell any materials or unnecessary services. I can't commend him and the crew enough. I highly recommend them.

I have already recommended to two different families.

You're dealing directly with Tom, who is trustworthy and hands-on.

Working with Tom was great. Responsive, helpful, honest, friendly. What more could you ask for?

Lyon has completed numerous projects for me over the years. I appreciate Tom’s attention to detail and his willingness to come up with creative solutions and fabrication of custom parts when they are needed to meed the client’s needs.

The company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The estimating process was thorough, the on-site team was very organized and efficient; all my questions were answered in a friendly and respectful manner. Communications with both the owner and the on-site project lead were fantastic! My new roof looks great, uses the latest materials, and we're happy also with the new ridge vents that were much needed.

Lyons Contracting is the best company we have ever dealt with in over 40 years of owning, maintaining and remodeling our older home.

I've known Tom Petrilli, Lyons' owner, for many years. He completely replaced our roof 20 years and idid a very neat and professional lob. A small leak occurred several years later having to do with a complicated piece of flashing around a skylight. He completely tore off the problem area, repaired it at no charge, and even expressed regret that the problem happened!
We had a separate problem occur last year which had nothing to do with Tom's work, but he did another thorough repair of that as well and helped me avoid some serious possible water leakage damage to our living room ceiling. In short, Tom is the best!!

Lyons was timely, professional and highly skilled. They were a joy to work with.

Work was done well and quickly.

I recommend Lyons Contracting without hesitation. Tom is an honest contractor who cares about the quality of his work and won't try to sell you services or material your job doesn't need. He is my new "go to" for all my roof and gutter needs.

They were able to solve my roofing issue for me when no one else could. Really appreciate their desire and ability to problem solve in my behalf

Very pleased with communication and quality of work.

Thomas is an honest contractor with great communication. He does quality work and quick. I have no complaints and I would recommend him to anyone.

On time on budget.

From beginning to end, the communication for our project was great. All my questions were answered with patience and promptness. I really appreciate the thoroughness and willingness to come back and clean my yard of nails and various things that fell in the yard during the project.

The job we had for them was unique. They repaired a flat rubber roof section that not all roofers can do. They did an excellent job and we had no issues with their work. It now looks better and seems more secure than previously.

Job well done at a reasonable price.

Great company that addresses all questions and does stellar work! A great team!

Excellent work, within estimate. Completed job on time.

They were professional, competitively priced, and delivered great work ahead of schedule! Can't recommend more highly!

I have used Lyons Contracting three times: to repair a roof leak, to replace gutters, and to replace the entire roof. They did a fantastic job at all three. The owner of the company, Tom Petrilli, was personally involved each time, making certain that everything was done properly and on time. Communication was also excellent. In addition, Tom was a reliable advisor -- interested in what was best for me, not what would be best for him and the company. That attitude is priceless.

Professional.

Tom Petrilli and his crew are fabulous!
