We know JC Jackson Homes is the premier builder in the area and are happy with our home.

Overall, we are happy with the quality of our home and felt we were apart of the build process. I think JC Jackson has a nice team, but the overall process was clunky. Communication, documentation, and transparency were lacking throughout the entire build process. At times, it felt like I needed to Project Manage to make sure things were getting done as communicated.

Every member of the JC Jackson team we interacted with were professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in providing us with the home we invisioned. They are a great company to partner with for home construction!

I believe I have a quality built home. When issues were encountered, the team was willing to work together with me as the buyer to get them corrected.

I would recommend JC Jackson Homes to any of my Family and Friends if they plan to build due to the great job they did!

I'd give JC Jackson 5 stars just for the reason that they listened to us and created the floor plan we wanted. They lose a star for communication. We often waited several days for a response and that slowed a lot of things down.

Will recommend, but would advise to double check on the type of flooring & the install application of said floors.

Appreciated Buildertrend updates, Kevin and Erick were great to work with

We are happy with the quality of the home we purchased in Heritage Point.

10/10 would recommend.

Love my home

Quality building materials, great floor plan, unparalleled home warranty.

From Kim to Kevin and everyone in between, we felt comfortable. They made it easy to select JC Jackson to build on our land.

Very easy upfront process, people are friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.

From the moment I walked in the front door of JCJackson, I knew I chose the correct builder...very professional and they helped me through the entire process and after the home was completed, im so glad because it's perfect 👌 Thank u

everything went very smooth and as planned

Absolutely. We are so grateful with our choice. After our realtors recommendation and looking at many reviews we are very happy with our choice.

It was a pleasent experience purchase a home from here.

very thing

100 %

The JC Jackson process allowed us to customize a set plan with reasonably priced upgrades and quality materials for a home that we are proud of. JC Jackson's reputation as a quality builder is well-deserved and everyone that we came in contact with at the company was a top-notch professional.

My house build was done 4 months late.

As an out of state buyer, JC Jackson made the whole process of building a home quite easy. They explained things in layman's terms. They took care of things that needed to be done locally so that I didn't have to travel so often during the build. Erick and team did a wonderful job.

Jason kept us informed on the progress every week as we lived in VA during the build. Couldn’t be more pleased.

The entire team was such a pleasure to work with. From design through the entire custom build completion, we were treated with respect and care.

Too much delay on overall progress

Selection process

Great service and attention to detail and they had to navigate our very difficult HOA's ARC.

The process of selection all our options was easy at their studio.

JC Jackson Homes are well built. Everyone from the first step until you receive your key to move in is very professional, willing to answer any questions or help in anyway to make the process run smoothly.

You could give anybody my telephone number if they wanna come and look at the house I have no problem you guys are the greatest people I dealt with the greatest from Jenny Ally Jackson home where you pick stuff out great experience.

My home is everything I wanted and more !

The beginning of picking out our house decor was difficult because we had 3 different people. Once building started it was great.

I would like to take a moment to recommend JC Jackson Homes, LLC for anyone in need of a home builder. My experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding. Their professionalism and timeliness in completing the project were impressive and greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a reliable and skilled home builder, I highly suggest considering JC Jackson Homes, LLC. They ensure a smooth process and deliver quality results.

Having a new home built is a significant endeavor during which questions and concerns arise. JC Jackson listened to and addressed any and all questions/concerns we had during the construction process.

Being in real estate I was familiar with JC Jackson Homes and they fulfilled and exceeded my expectations on my build. The ease of the process from design to cost estimates to build were commendable! The house is stunning and highly well built.

Overall the process was smooth and excellent communication from the onsite builder and the warranty team.

The ease of building out first house was amazing!! The JC Jackson team walked us through everything!

When you build with JC Jackson Homes, LLC, make sure you lock down a timeline.

My only hesitation in this regard is that I am still unable to understand how the homes were built out given that I was the first to sign a contract in this subdivision.

I do often recommend JC Jackson to Friends. The community connections and core values are present in how you are treated from walking in the doors on your first meeting to the day you take your keys. Building a house isn't always without road bumps, but they definitely provide you with the tools, organization, and expertise to make it as smooth an experience as possible.

Great team, excellent quality.

Employees & Subcontractors

Employees & Subcontractors - Whole team was great.

Areas For Improvement

Areas For Improvement - They didn't fall short of any of my expectations.

I bought a new construction home built by JC Jackson. I am quite impressed with their work and the design of my home. The home is built well and has a lot of nice additions and my favorite thing about my floor plan is that it is very open yet still very cozy. I was lucky to find a house in a great neighborhood (finished when I purchased yet brand new) and I couldn't be happier. Employees of J.C. Jackson have been very willing to come back for just a few things that needed attention at the 30-day walk-through. Jarrod Martin and Andy Provost have been so willing to help me and in this day and age, some builders don't go this extra mile. It also helps so much that J.C. Jackson has a full working office that always provides you with a person to talk to.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - Again, with J.C. Jackson having a beautiful office with employees who all have their duties, you always find someone to talk to you and direct any questions or requests to the correct person. Also, I have a text for the person I worked with Jason Fulcher. I have called on him a few times with questions and he responds immediately and has even stopped by to help me personally. You do not get a black hole when you have questions or needs from J.C. Jackson.

JC Jackson was the best contractor experience that we could have hoped for.

Areas For Improvement

Areas For Improvement - JC Jackson Homes did not fall short of my expectations in any area.

I have already recommended JC Jackson to people I work with. I appreciate how nice and easy they are to contact. I will always recommend JC Jackson.
