Breyer did a beautiful job on our covered patio. The work was impeccable. Ryan kept us up to date on the schedule and who would be on site each day. We plan to enjoy our new space for years to come!

I was initially very pleased with the customer service. However, after the borough required the deck to be reduced in size, the concrete stoop I had specifically wanted covered by the porch was left partially exposed—the main reason I chose to have the project done.

I was never informed how the exposed area would be finished or asked for my input. I only discovered the solution after receiving an email that the job was complete. They had built raw wood boxes over the concrete that didn't match the porch design and protruded at awkward angles.

I was also never told that composite decking would only be used for the floor. Neither the estimate nor the contract explained the different materials or how the exposed areas would be finished.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the work and the expediency. They had to shovel snow and everything. They did a great job.

We had a great experience with this company. They are easy to deal with and started our project earlier than expected. We would recommend them.

We recently had a customized deck designed and built for our home by Breyer Construction and Landscape, LLC, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The craftsmanship is truly outstanding. Every board, railing, and joint feels solid, smooth, and meticulously put together, reflecting a team that genuinely takes pride in the quality of its work.
What impressed us just as much was the attention to detail. The crew listened carefully to what we envisioned and added thoughtful touches that elevated the design beyond what we imagined. The layout, the finishes, and even the small aesthetic choices all show how much care went into the project.
The team’s professionalism made the process easy and stress-free. They communicated clearly, honored their timeline, and kept the worksite clean throughout the build. It was refreshing to work with people who value both the product and the customer experience.
On top of all that, everyone on the crew was incredibly friendly. They were approachable, patient with questions, and genuinely pleasant to have around our home.
We couldn’t be happier with the final result. The deck has become one of our favorite spaces, and we wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-tier work and a great overall experience.

Very professional, on time, and did exactly what they said they would do.

Communication and clean up.

They are easy to work with and we can count on a job done well.

Timely and professional. Totally satisfied!

We are very happy and will hire them again. We have recommended them to family and friends already.

One thing that really attracted to me to them was everything was explained in detail what they were going to do, and the pricing reflected every single change order to exactly to what they said they would do. It was really easy to work with them on the fact that everything was explained exactly as it should have happened.

They did a fantastic job.

We contacted Breyer construction to replace our old composite decking with new composite decking due to some manufacturer defects. They were easy to deal with and had good recommendations to make the project go easy and help reduce our costs.

The work they performed as it relates to the building of our new deck was satisfactory in all respects. I'm very happy with the results. All their staff was very professional and competent and we were pleased with the final results. Breyer Construction uses the same excellence in everything, and we found they strive in all respects to live up to that model.

Great company to work with!

I highly recommend them. They are very professional. They give you updates about what they are going to be doing in the next few steps. Their communication is 100% the best! We were on vacation, and I was getting emails on what they were going to be doing. It was peace of mind.

I am very happy with the results from Breyer Construction & Landscape.

THEY ARE THE BEST INCCLDING THE CHICK IN THE OFFICE. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMED THEM.

Great communication and transparency. Any changes were communicated promptly. Was very well informed throughout the whole process.

Your finish carpenter, Eric,Epler of Golden Rule, did a fantastic job on all paint and trim work. Drywall was also done well. All work was top quality.

Probably won't use them again. We had 3 projects done by them and always a problem with the subcontractors.

Overall great job and look to my new deck. This is the second time it was replaced and I am glad I used Breyer this time!

Their customer service and responsiveness after the main job is done is poor.

Great communication from start to finish - highly recommend

We couldn’t be happier with our new deck. Ryan and crew did a great job. Deck, stairs, and pergola turned out beautifully with attention to detail throughout.

Every part of our dealings with this company was easy & pleasant. They were kind and

From the owner, the initial estimate, and everything, they were very professional and accommodating. They care about their work and meeting the needs of their customer.

They did a great job, were on time, stuck to the schedule, and had a better price than other quotes received.

Great experience!!!

It was a pleasure working with Breyer Construction and Landscaping from the beginning to the end!

I would highly recommend Breyer construction because of their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Helen was very easy to work with and an excellent communicator.

During the pre-plaining phase I showed Breyer how far I wanted my new deck to extend. I was given a mock diagram/ computer generated layout that mirrored what we spoke about with the actual dimensions listed below. I never personally measured because as the consumer I assumed it was correct. When they came to start the project I realized that it was approximately 2' shorter than I wanted. I brought it to Breyer's attention and was told to get what I thought I was getting it would cost me an additional $2,000. At that point, I wasn't willing to pay another $2,000 to get an additional 2' and had to settle for less than what I wanted.

Ryan and the crew were fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Breyer Construction project was on time, as our contract stated. The entire team was professional and pleasant, from the initial meeting at our house to discuss our project, the office , project engineers to the technicians. They communicated everything step by step and was always available with answers to any questions we had. Our wooden steps were replaced leading up to our deck, the craftsmanship and quality is impeccable. We would hire Breyer Construction again without a doubt and would recommend them to anyone.

These folks showed up when they said they would, worked full days, and completed the project efficiently and professionally even during some tough weather. They left a clean job site every night and communicated well throughout the construction process. I would use them again.

Workmanship was excellent. However, the price was very high now that we had chance to compare with other local firms.

We are grateful, thankful, and blessed to everyone involved in our home renovations which included new windows, deck, kitchen, and flooring ! It was high quality workmanship with teams and contractors that were diligent, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, efficient, organized, and tidy! We highly recommend Breyer Construction for all your home renovation needs!

They were really good to work with from the start to finish. Everyone was nice, from the salesman that came out from the beginning; and the workers who communicated with us.

Great company to work with, great workers, all around a great experience.

From start to finish, Breyer handled every aspect of my project with great professionalism. Their goal of customers satisfaction was evident in every question and concern that I brought up. It was great doing business with this company!

I am likely to recommend Breyer Construction & Landscape, LLC. They are very professional, and were a pleasure to work with them!

The finished deck doesn’t match the specs. The entire project ended up costing approximately $23,000. It should look like the picture.

They were great to work with in every aspect of the job. Our project was a complex deck replacement. Their breadth and depth of experience with building decks stood out when we were evaluating builders and played out as they handled every issue that came up during the process. Everyone from Breyer was polite, professional and clearly focused on making certain the deck they built was the one we expected.

Breyer Construction & Landscape is very customer-friendly. They are meticulous with their work and did an awesome job.

We had Breyer Construction come out to give us a quote on a new composite deck. Helen was great to work with and sent us a quote with pictures of what our new deck would look like. Helen re-worked our quote to suit our needs with something more within our budget, but we ultimately decided to go with a different roof option and installer. She was a pleasure to work with and we will keep Breyer in mind for our next construction project. Their quote was very much in line with the others we got, she made great suggestions on placement of stairs and improvements to the layout, and Helen was the only one who wore a mask (during Covid-19), which was also appreciated.

They were timely, friendly and a pleasure to work with
