I would rate a 2.5 because I think the job took longer than it was supposed to. I would hate to recommend something to a friend where expert people come in and do a terrible job. In all fairness I have to be honest and say they receive a 2.5 from me on recommendation. They painted my front door and never put the right screws in. They are the wrong colored screws. They were supposed to come back and fix it but once they received their payment we never heard back from them. Maybe that is a problem Florida has. You really have to double and triple check their work performance.
