They did a very good job on the installation. The communication was very good. The cleanup after the job was not as good as I had hoped.

We experienced a garage fire on 3/16/2021. An estimator was sent out within 3 days of the fire, which was great. The estimator met with an Insurance Adjustor 3 weeks later on site. We didn't meet the project manager assigned to us for a month after that. The project manager would not communicate with us at to what was going on. We were constantly calling his supervisor to complain, because he would not return our calls. PM was eventually fired and supervisor took over. Things started to get taken care of and communication improved for awhile. Things progressed to a few small items needing attention, but these apparently weren't important enough to get finished in a timely manner. We had to keep reminding the supervisor what still needed to be finished, what inspections were still needed, etc. For a project that was contracted to be finished on 6/21/2021, it was finally finished per Zona standards on 10/28/21. We still have things that are not right, an outlet in the utility room that does not work, one in the garage missing a cover, and the biggest problem a garage floor that looks like it's been through a fire. The estimator suggested power-washing the floor initially to see if that would take care of the burn scar, and if not they would let the insurance company know it would need coating. Because it took so long to get going on the project, by the time we finally followed-up with the supervisor and estimator about the floor, the insurance company would not allow the addition to the claim.

Will never recommend to anyone.

Robert, the Project Manager, and Max, the repairman were both exceptional at their jobs. I would be happy to work with both again.

Outstanding co to work with and great employees

The workers were nice and courteous but the quality of the work is not good. Multiple wrong color stains were used on the cabinets, lazy-susan worked on and now door is misaligned, grout job was messy including grout splashes on the walls that were not removed, floor trim not lined up correctly, paint splashes on floor tile and walls not cleaned up, didn't remove all outlet plates before painting and then got paint on them, charged for grouting in the kitchen that was never done, and workers arrived to the job without having seen or having a copy of the scope of work. I had to print it out on my home printer for them so we could go over it. Overall I would not recommend this company.
