Colby kept the appointments we made, coordinated with the claims adjuster and generally made the process as smooth as could be expected.

I would recommend them for flood damage repair. It was difficult to get the next Zipco team to come and do construction. After two weeks of trying to contact them, they are coming tomorrow.

Overall they did a great job. There are things that could have been done differently and better, but that is probably the case with any company that does this work

I consider this a fairly complex job, consisting of removing an existing concrete deck under a brick archway between two church buildings, then replacing that concrete and blending that into new steps and walkways. Without original architects drawings, we could not be certain as to what the underlying structure would be. Zipco followed us through this process involving a structural engineer, to examine the situation and advise us. There were change orders as to be expected when we begin with some uncertainty, but the changes were well explained. I thought the price adjustments were reasonable.
