Zipco made our disastrous water damage experience less stressful. They were on top of things immediately and made us feel they were going to take good care of us and see all repairs made. It was done in as timely a manner as possible with the situation, they were responsive to our needs and we always felt secure and safe in their hands.
We were connected to Zipco through our insurance company after a bathroom flood. They have been great to work with. Would definitely recommend their company!

Zipco's project manager was okay to work with, but his sub contractors were terrible. Hardwood floors and ceiling repair had to be done twice due to extremely poor workmanship.
Zipco was extremely professional and responsive to our needs on the roof replacement. The follow-through was tremendous and some installation issues were caught by site superintendent and taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend Zipco for anyone needing work accomplished.
After 5 weeks of trying too get things started we get an email stating they can't do the work due to being a manufactured home knowing this from the beginning.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Zipco as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
