I would likely to recommend Bath Planet. The guy that came out to my home to get it all set up was VER GOOD!!!!

the tech who did the work wasnt very professional, had to keep leaving to get more supplies. also brought in 2 other guys to hang shower door

Pros: Great selection, easy design process as long as you know what you want, professional installation - no fuss, no mess, no surprises. New shower installation meets expectations but lacks elements that would have made it perfect.
Cons: Salesperson was obnoxious. More expensive than competitors. Additional charges for requested upgrades were way out of line. And salesperson never thought of suggesting items in initial mtg. He didn’t mention existing promotions and never provided us with an itemized line by line budget proposal. He did say, “I could leave right now if you’re not really interested…”. Not great customer service follow up.

The job was done extremely poorly and product that was damaged. I was promised in August if 2021 that the job would be redone and products ordered. Fast forward to December 2021 and the job was not done and not a single person contacted me. I was essentially forgotten about. Due to this and my concerns with lack of communication, I voiced concerns with moving forward due to lack of trust in the company. Because I didn’t want to do exactly what the company offered, I’ve essentially been ignored since then. I’ve tried twice more via email, which was how management chose to communicate with me, and my last to attempts have been completely ignored. This company was paid in full for a job that was done terribly and with customer service and management that equals that. Because of lack of communication and attempt to fairly resolve this I’m now forced to take further action independently. It’s extremely sad what this company has done in taking my money, doing a very poor job, and refusing to have any kind of communication to mutually resolve the issue.

I would recommend them. The whole process was painless. The salesman showed us several samples. Financing was easy. Angel the coordinator was great. Most importantly I love my new showers and tubs.

We are very pleased with the job Bath Planet did. We had a date that it had to be done by and, even though there was a slight delay, they honored their promise to get it done on time. And, they did! It is beautiful and we love it! Very affordable and no high pressure sales. They were the fourth company we got a quote from and so glad we waited and chose them. Would highly recommend them for any bathroom conversion. Great staff as well!

We had a misunderstanding. The company contacted me and the issue was corrected in two days.

Mostly good experience; however the glass company they recommended was pretty terrible to work with. They installed the glass crooked initially and caused us to go without the shower for another month, their caulking job left open holes for water to get in (after having to call someone back twice to recaulk I just caulked it myself), and after mentioning this to their sales rep no compensation was offered. It was a headache and still isn't up to par. The caulking looks like a kindergarten art project in some areas.

We were very happy with Zintex and Bath Planet from the initial meeting through construction and beyond. We love our showers!

I don't bad mouth company's. I will not recommend them.

The price was way higher than we expected, communication after we signed contract and paid a portion was terrible. We had to ask for contract copy, follow up on shower head options as sales person only showed us three. For the price we just felt like once they got our down payment they didn’t care. Sales didn’t even follow up with us. And office staff that has been helping us either got fired or quit and we had no communication until day before workers showed up.

We are very impressed with the quality and the time work was done!! You said one day-and sure enough it was one day!

I would recommend this company but check the shower door

The workmen were polite, efficient and left the area clean.

It appeared to be a father and son team that came. Father was "just do the job". Father was not personable, the son was, probably because he was in and out. Any recommendation would be based on the cost. It was expensive for us.

The workers communicated with us throughout the build. Had a little issue with getting information on original bid but they got it straightened out.
One of the finish carpenters names Phillip did an outstanding job!

We appreciated the eight individuals that that worked as a team to make our bathroom dream come true.

Good product

Need to communicate better with customer. If you say you’re going to call by, then actually call back. Did not complete job in 1 or 2 days as advertised. Took over a week. Technicians were really nice. Only thing I don’t like is that the shower head is not adjustable!

I think this is a great way to do a bath quickly but if looking for custom touches this is not it

I cannot give any recommendation for this company if they are doing this quality of work and charging the amount that you are. I feel like I bought a lemon.

The crew was so professional and friendly. I work from home and they were so respectful. Appreciated how they always kept me in the loop of how things were going. The guy who came out initially and walked us through the renovation and helped us pick stuff out was great too. The account manager lady was helpful and friendly and always answered questions in a timely and thorough manner. Overall I had a great experience remodeling my bathroom after substantial termite damage. Just wish we would have asked them to paint the walls too.

The work was done, mostly on time, but some things are incomplete that were not mentioned and would have made a huge difference. But now I have to do things like fix the drywall in the ceiling (previously there), paint where they moved a mirror to fit the cabinets, change the accessories that were there previously. I also had to buy all my own knobs and handles because they somehow weren't included (though they did install them). Also no one told the electrician where to move the outlet so we had to make a choice and later found out there was an easier and better way to do that. This is an example of the sort of expertise I needed and thought I was paying for.

Too many issues that we had, so I would probably not recommend.

They did a great job and finished in the time span that was projected when the original plan was created. This install took three days and I was fine with that amount of time, they cleaned up the area at the end of each day and kept the noise and mess to a minimum. They answered all the questions I had and during the installation they checked with me if there was any doubt as to what certain areas where supposed to look like or location of items.
