The project was messed up from the beginning. The sales rep told us the steps in which the project would take place. He said that he would do the measuring which got messed up when he mismeasured the wall and it didn’t get caught until after the product arrived to the house. The installers showed up everything went well up until the point where they forgot to put in a valve that transfers the showerhead over to a wand. When the shower walls arrived, that’s when it was discovered that they were the wrong size and had to be re-ordered. When the shower door arrived, it was the wrong color. We ordered oil rub bronze fixtures in the shower and we also ordered oil rub bronze frame for the shower doors. They showed up chrome or stainless steel. I forget which. But it was not oil rub bronze. When the sales person initially visited us, he assured us that everything would be inspected at the warehouse when it arrived in Missoula before it got to the house. This would make for a smooth operation. We were also told that this job would only take 3 to 4 days. It took almost 4 months. After a while, it seemed we were put on the back burner. No one would answer my calls. I actually had to go down to the store. And talk to the counter person before I got any response. This was just a small $20,000 job. I wouldn’t wanna see all the mess ups that would happen on $100,000 job.
First of all, my window project is not 100% complete despite my order being initiated over a year ago. I’m still waiting for a replacement window, caulking to be done to an exterior window and a refund check for an extra window that was accidentally ordered. It has not been a smooth process….
Clean up was a bit lacking
The final result was good. However, getting there had way too much drama. The installer spent a tremendous amount of time telling me how he was going to quit and start his own business. Meanwhile, he damaged some existing cabinetry which had to be replaced. Ultimately it all got fixed.
Quick, clean renovation. Very pleased with finished work. Would highly reccomend to anyone.
Very friendly polite workers, Reese, Brant and Ryan
Absolutely not, having 1 person do 2 full bathrooms was way too much. I was told it would take 2 days, it took 6 including working until 11pm and on Easter Sunday.
The installer sent was relatively local and a wonderful guy. The contracted plumber he was forced to use was adequate for the shower install; but left me with a leak on the exterior that I fully disclosed would need to be fixed. I was extremely unhappy that the plumber refused to do both the shower connections and the cap off while the drywall was already tore off. Ultimately, the installer cleaned up after the plumber who just tossed the pipe garbage in the yard and he put up some plastic to protect the newly installed work. So, ultimately this company admits there was communication breakdown, but offered nothing toward fixing my problem. This will cost me money and time and if more deconstruction has to happen; I won't reccommend them ever. However, the work the installer did was wonderful and looks beautiful. He was the class in the whole act. I got his card for future projects.
