Efficient installation and good communication

Home Improvement was very pleasant to work with and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with the job!

Basically everything went wrong with this remodel. Shower door doesn't function as intended.Poor workmanship. It took almost 6 months to complete.

The water pressure from the shower installation, and still is, very low and continues dripping after turning the shower off.

Poor communication as to what and when

Everything was done right and on schedule.

Emery was very professional and a great communicator.

Everyone did what they said they would

While the bathroom remodel was installed quickly, there were gasses in several walls. I reached out and was sent a person to fix them. He did a sloppy job which is requiring myself to fix the walls. For the money I spent i should have a professional job. Also, the hot water know is loose!

Finish what you started. Return all unused boxes and materials to your office.

We were looking for mid-level bathroom renovation and didn't want to sort through numerous sales pitches for "the bathroom of our dreams" that we weren't going to buy anyway. YHIC came in with a menu of options at a price point, and the process was straightforward. The installer, Kevin, was great and very transparent, so when issues arose; we weren't really surprised; and the issues were dealt with immediately. Exactly what we were hoping for. Wendy Rache kept us up to date in the pre-production process, as did Eric.

I asked a number of times for my warranty documentation. Never received a reply or any documentation.

Lack of communication, windows not ready on time.

I have no reason as to why I rated it a 4, however, I am not as likely to recommend Your Home Improvement to a friend.

Lack of coordination and poor communication resulted in unnecessary delays.

Troy Jurgens was our primary contact and sales representative. He did a great job communicating to us and working through what we needed/wanted. If either my wife or I called him, he would answer immediately or get back to us soon after. This is a very important aspect of the entire process so you aren't left wondering if the job will be done and knowing that your concerns will be addressed.

After completing the drywall work on the sides and getting the glass installed, the shower is exactly what we hoped for.

They did a good job!

Their service was extremely poor. They did not return phone calls, and it took 14 months to get one window replaced.

The salesperson was a total zero. I was totally disappointed with the salesperson. I had to spend four hours with him at dinnertime. He had no idea what I was looking for and just crammed prices down my throat.
