When I first sign up for your service. I got told o e thing to get a sell. And found out that things was not true. Other companies have the same type windows for a lot cheaper price. When I got told the opposite of that. 😡 Honest is the most important thing to me. And I found out to late. That I got lied too. I would have went with someone else completely.
Our facet was broke when they opened the box which should have been done before they bought it to the customer.Then when they opened the cabinet the front panel was warped which we had to wait for months to finally get it.They started on the first week of January and finished on Friday but hade to wait for the products that were broken for at least 6-8 weeks. The guys that did the work were very good.But your scheduling was terrible and you need to check products over first.
Our shower is lovely. Our double sink counter unfortunately did not fit.
No documents provided at and of installation converting warranty or manufacture.
Our kitchen window was reordered twice because of wrong measurments
I am still waiting for completion. Some items still need to be addressed. The company has been in contact with me and I think they are going to make things right.

Salesman didn't help picking the right pattern or color for our shower so that it complimented our existing decor. As a result we are going to redecorate the rest of the bathroom
Your Home Improvement - Bloomington were efficient. We are pleased with both the plumber and the installer they sent out. Both were wonderful!
I found out my sales rep quit after 4 times trying to contact her; no contact from YHI that she left the company (not right way to treat a customer). I got an email in early January saying my materials would not be coming until May 2025, two weeks later I got an email saying the materials were all in - confusing. I got a email saying Kevin Redfield was coming to do the work - on March 3 Manuel shows up (I got no info on the change - terrible way to treat a customer). Manuel told me demoing the ceiling and floor was not in his scope of work according to his paperwork - I showed him the contract - he said he could put new flooring over old and skim over existing ceiling sheetrock (I should have to argue with installer on scope of work - no way to treat a customer. Manuel worked Monday March 3 and as he was leaving he told me he could not work Tuesday; Chris told me he was scheduled for the week - Manuel did not show up Tuesday or Wednesday - he said he got stuck in snow Wed. Thursday Manuel did such a poor job installing the floor (see pictures I sent Chris) and the shower stall was installed not square to the room - incredibly poor workmanship. His sheetrocking was pretty poor - put on so much mud he had to do lots of sanding - dust all over my lower level and not smooth at all. Friday I requested Manuel not come back - I was very unhappy with his work. The vanity finish is something I would not buy - the drawer fronts have widely variable stain color.
Zach and Charlie the plumber were great to work with and completed the project the best they could; they both showed fine workmanship - which I much appreciated!
It took 3 weeks to the day to complete the project on a job the was estimated at 4 to 5 days (I was available the whole three weeks) I did not have use of the bathroom for three weeks (it is the primary bathroom for one person). I am not confident in the shower and sheetrock installation quality by Manuel.
I have accepted the project completion, but not willing to recommend based on my experience.
Promise is what I expected and I didn't receive all the promises made
Tristian was really good. He was professional, and did a good job on our kitchen.
I was disappointed with the two-month delay I received in having my window & door installed. Then, the screen for the window was not with my order & a number of scratches are on the door & its screen.
Decision Making Factors - They gave us a good discount. He explained everything to us and provided a quality product.
Additional Thoughts - I will recommend my friends to your company.
Install was great. The person sent to fix the damaged walls was horrible.
