From start to finish this was a flawless process. The high cost of the project did give me some anxiety, a lot of anxiety. I know I'm paying for the warranty but at my age, the length of the warranty isn't important.

We wiuld definitely recommend Yankee to anyone we know who meeded to get work done on either their bathroom or even kichen. The whole process was very organized and went smooth.

The whole experience from start to finish was above expectation. What I liked was when we met with the design consultant, Ryan, he really listened to what our needs were. He made suggestions especially when designing the bathroom. We live in an older house and the bathroom is small and our son is in a wheelchair and I have to say that the everything that was suggested has made it easier for our son to shower.
We were given a 5-6 week window as to when the project would start, imagine my surprise when we got a call and was told that they could begin in 2 weeks. It took roughly 2 days to complete and it was seamless, our installers, "Team Mario" went above and beyond! They communicated to us every step of the way and cleaned up as they went. I would definitely recommend Yankee Home to my family & friends.

Yankee Home Improvement was upfront and honest. There was no smoke and mirrors, and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the project. They also communicated well throughout the entire project, it was great.

I thought the design suggestions were good; they came up with a plan we liked, and we do like the results. The workmen were very respectful of my property. Since they had to do some hammering when they took the old tub out, one of them came and said, 'I am concerned about duck collection. Maybe you should take it off the wall.' I thought he went above and beyond. I was very satisfied with the result. They really went out of their way to protect the floors and everything. It is very well done.

When they installed the shower, it was supposed to be a 2 day job. We had a winter storm warning so they stayed to finish it same day. They didn’t want us to be without our shower for more than another day in case they didn’t make it back next day.

Amazing! From start to finish my team was efficient and professional. They were polite, respectful and asked me where I wanted grab bars and the seat and what seat height I wanted. They didn't just put things where they felt they should be. The project manager was great. When they left, no one would have known they'd been hard at work in the bathroom all day. Everything was tidy and spotless. I love my walkin shower!
