The project leader was patient and took the time to help me make proper choices on product and design. The build team was clean, efficient, and the craftsmanship was executed perfectly. Love it.

Aaron was the saving grace. He and the carpenter Dragan were great to work with, despite delayed completion. That's not an issue when it's done right in my opinion. The sales end was poor to say the least..we were preyed upon with the inaccurate cost agreed upon, communication was awful and we would not recommend based on the overall stress.

They have high integrity and professionalism, which is really important to my standards, as a business owner. I was greatly impressed with that.

Our three-season room addition was completed November 2024, and my husband and I were able to enjoy the room numerous occasions before the weather turned too cold. We enjoy the sunlight beaming through the room, the open views to the backyard-watching nature! We can't for warmer temps to entertain with friends and neighbors!

The workmanship and attention to detail is exceptional. The designer we worked with continually came up with interesting ideas for our deck and porch replacement that enhanced what was being replaced. He was enthusiastic and friendly, and we enjoyed working with him. The product has just gone in, so I can't speak to longevity quality, but right now it is beautiful and our house looks refreshed. When the crew showed up for work, every single man was friendly, professional and careful in everything they did. We did have a change order of about $3,000 because of rotting former structural parts and shoring up the porch. Our porch and deck now feel more solid in addition to looking gorgeous. The only blemish is communication. We understand weather drives a schedule, but we did not get effective communication between signing the contract in August and the work beginning in January. We had to contact the company multiple times to find out if a start date was coming up. We were emailed the start date a few days before it began. However, once the work began, it sailed along the best it could with the freezing temperatures when the crew couldn't work. Ultimately, we would recommend Woodridge Deck & Gazebo but with the caveat that communication is not their strong suit.

After investing countless hours in research, speaking with numerous deck businesses, and evaluating them all favorably, whether it was because their salespeople were overbearing, their products were prohibitively expensive, or their communications were poor. Finally, discovering Woodridge Deck & Gazebo made me really happy. To discover a reputable business like Woodridge Deck & Gazebo, I had to conduct extensive research. They are quite responsive, and they even handled minor concerns. They were excellent. Furthermore, they were also the best overall, despite not being the cheapest. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They aren't as pushy with the sales as other businesses. Customer service is exceptional.

We experienced delays related to extreme spring weather and factors such as our HOA approval which were out of Woodridge's control. Other than that we had no problems.

Diane Marzigliano stands head and shoulders above others when it comes to creativity, understanding customer and site needs, and producing exceptional designs. Both the deck and porch she designed for us ended up looking even better than we had hoped they would. The installers did a wonderful job of quality work and meticulous attention to detail. One crew did accidentally cut our TV cable, and we needed to pay for a service call to repair that. The only quibble we had with the overall project was the delays in getting it completed. We could not be happier, however, with our final product and the quality of the work. It looks great, and the functionality is enhanced vs. the porch we replaced.

We are very happy with our new deck! It looks great.

All of the work was professionally performed. Everything from digging the holes, obtaining permits, construction and cleanup was professionally done. My only real complaint is that the customer was not well informed in regards to the daily scheduling and timeline of the job.

Aaron started the process off strong. Went above and beyond to assist with visuals ensuring my project would like as what was envisioned. From there it went downhill quickly. Scheduling was a pain. I kept having to follow up and there were gaps between crews doing work. Items were backordered or unavailable and I was never made aware even though the rest of the product arrived 2 weeks prior. Installed the porch incorrectly... wabbly boards and fascia was missing. Had to reach out numerous times to fix errors on the project.

Additional Comments - They were extraordinary. Their deck installation included working around a hot tub installation. When the hot tub failed, a number of months after the installation in the winter, Eric and the team were unbelievably responsive to helping me avoid a ruined hot tub in the coldest part of winter. Although the problem was not due to the desk installation or the electrical work, Eric's team came out on their own time put up a tent to protect the hot tub from the cold weather and got their election out in the very cold weather. It was one of the greatest examples of customer service I have ever seen.

Woodridge Deck & Gazebo price is very expensive. There was some miscommunication with the project manager.

From design through construction and clean up, Woodridge paid thorough attention to detail and made sure our deck exceeded our expectations. As our deck was built in winter, we experienced some unavoidable delays. My only critical comment is that clear expectations of scheduling or delays weren't always set or communicated. Even with this, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Woodridge.
