They were very attentive to detail and they were on top of the project from start to finish.
Really a mix of experiences. The deck and patio look great. Chris guided us in the design phase and made very helpful recommendations. The workers were respectful and seemed to do very high quality work. The design process was easy. But the build took much too long, with no real explanation for the delay. It seems like they bough too much material based on what was left over, so I probably over paid. And the trash pile that was in the yard was a eye sore for weeks. Also, the workers tripped a circuit breaker with their tools, but didn't tell us. This caused a freezer in our garage to lose power, and ruin food that was stored there.
Everyone from sales, to construction crew, to the office staff were professional and let us know what was happening the entire project. Already have recommended Woodridge to a few people. They are very customer service oriented!!
Woodridge Deck & Gazebo did an outstanding job rebuilding my old deck. I couldn't be happier. The crew was meticulous from the demo through to the finishing touches. It turned out great!

Woodridge Deck and Gazebo did an outstanding job. They were easy to work with and delivered all that was promised. They were exceptional in keeping the work area as neat as possible and took care not to damage area outside the work area. I highly recommend them to anyone considering building a deck or gazebo!
Woodridge, and particularly Sergio, did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the work performed. Sergio's design input gave our deck a more personalized look as he came up with some optional ideas that really added to the overall look and feel of our deck. We would highly recommend them for your deck replacement.
Plans for the gazebo were not up to date which caused additional work on the piers to satisfy the inspector. We signed a contract in mid March and were told the project could be completed by the end of May, but it wasn't started until mid August and finally finished in mid-October. In essence we lost the whole summer and won't be able to enjoy our new deck and gazebo until next spring, and that was a disappointment.
