We had a professional mold repair person working on the other side of the basement when she discovered standing water from an indoor leak, which was not at all related to the problem she was fixing, caused by an outside problem. Wolgast told our insurance company that the worker was "blowing mold all over the basement causing the mold spores to spread". This was a lie. She was blowing the air out of the house, with a negative air flow pressure.The indoor leak should definitely been covered by insurance, but because of your company's false reporting, AAA denied both claims in our basement. The independent investigator that AAA sent out said the dehumidifier that was placed in the basement by Wolgast was causing more of a problem than helping, because the lines weren't draining and causing a backup and he recommended turning it off altogether. So thanks for causing us thousands of dollars to fix our basement, when it should have been covered by insurance!

they were very professional, and always made sure i knew what was going on! i had black mold throughout my kitchen, it was very time consuming for the crew. they did a wonderful job and it was all cleaned out!! the rebuild was the best part, i have a brand new kitchen and dining room!! The kitchen was down to the studs it was wonderful to watch them work and watch my kitchen transform into this beautiful kitchen! my kitchen was all original before all this work was done.my kitchen is 100% perfect!! big thank you to the wolgast crew!!
