We were very pleased with Wolgast Restoration! They were very efficient, friendly, and professional. Matt Auch and Mackenzie Jacobs spent the most time in our house and they did an amazing job! They were both very friendly, and the quality of their work was top-notch. We definitely recommend Wolgast Restoration!

I am impressed with the work Wolgast did. They always explained what they were doing. They came out every day to check on the fans and dehumidifiers. Their contractors were very professional and helpful. They met all my expectations.

Their workmanship was fine. However, they did not at all keep to the schedule we were quoted. We were told our small project would be completed within 3 weeks. It took almost 2 and a half months. We were also told that no subcontractors would be used, and then the subcontractors were cited as the reason for multiple delays. We specifically chose Wolgast because they said no subcontractors would be used. Had we known this was going to happen, we would have found our own subcontractors.
Couldn’t complete the demolition process as stated, leaving walls and ceilings they stated were to be removed. Then leaving several hours of demolition after the demolition was supposedly complete. I Hired a different contractor to complete the demo and the rest of the job.
My wife and I were very please with the professional and timely manner in which Wolgast Restoration - Kalamazoo handled our project. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for our home is to be commended.
