The install process was a mess. We keep finding screws and nails up until now.
Also communication with install team for the missing piece to one of our storm door was a mess.

We used Opal to change out the front door. Jesse, our sales rep, was very helpful with selections and being upfront and honest on timeline from order to installation. Ty Ybarra kept in contact via email on scheduling. The install team was very conscientious on keeping everything clean, finished in a few hours. Had an issue with my newly installed $8,500.00 door. I had a customer service issue and called them twice. I was told somebody would get back to me to fix. No follow up and the frustrating thing was they were three doors down from me replacing a few windows. Terrible!

We ordered a new front door from Opal. Everything and everyone was great from sales to installation. Beautiful door really modernized our home, extremely happy with Opals service.

Our sales person was aboveboard and clear in all his explanations. We really liked the frequent communications we received from the main office. These communications provided information on each step of the process while we were awaiting the delivery of the windows. We were never left in the dark while awaiting the manufacture of the windows. The team installing the windows were also identified prior to install. During the day of install the installers protected our house from messes. The installers had a long day and were very pleasant and answered all our questions. They had to reinstall all the inside window trim and it was a better job then what we originally had. This was the second time we had used Opal and we have already recommended someone to,them and they have hired Opal to install their windows. We are very happy with their work and will not,hesitate to,hire them in the future.
