Overall the best price for everything that we received. Did not feel pressured by the salesman and treated me with respect. Installation dates fluctuated a lot due to manufacturing and weather, and communication from Window world could have been better. However, now that everything is installed, definitely worth the wait. Each install crew for windows, siding, storm doors and gutters were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We keep getting compliments on our house!

Everyone was very professional. When some of the windows needed to be redone, they went out of their way to schedule a time that was good for our preschool.

The overall experience and purchase of the windows were fine. The issues came from when they were being installed, measurements were incorrect and built incorrectly. We had to wait a month to get the incorrectly installed windows corrected. There was no sense of compensation or adjustment to accommodate for the errors or mistakes made by the company. Because it was done by 2 different installers, and it was questioned that the trims were different. We ended up with the same material, but we had a bigger size trim on other windows, and it was because they used different contractors, and they were not aligned on the same materials. Those were some of the negative parts about this experience.

From the first sales call to the final installation, everything was explained and details provided. The time from order to delivery was rather long, but it was expected and communicated to us at the time we ordered the windows. The installation team came out on time and completed the entire house in one day, and lastly, our new windows look great and have definitely reduced the heat loss that we had with our old windows.

I got all of my windows done with you guys and I am satisfied with the service, the people who came to work, and everything. All good.

Price - expensive

We say a ten because we really like the windows and doors and a good price. Just had issues with installation, also we ordered in May and it took until Feb to get everything. I understand materials are short but that wasn't all the reasons for us to not to get everything until Feb.
