Wiczek's Top Notch Construction was very easy to work with, and they were professional.

They were prompt and responsive. Shawn and people he had working onsite were very attentive to small points I had and in communicating with me. I had to do roof repair work for a family member's house, and they were able to accommodate my travel schedule and get it all done. They did a good job cleaning up and pointing out certain areas. I brought certain areas up to them that they recognized and agreed to address, so they were very attentive to detail.

Keith was very friendly and helpful. He put me at ease and answered all my concerns. There was absolutely no pressure and I strongly feel he took care care of all my needs.

Keith was very responsive anytime we contacted him. He was on time for any appointments we made. He informed us the possible install date, and that was exactly when he was able to do it. They finished it in one day and before the time promised. We do have a smaller house, so I am sure that is why they finished ahead of schedule. Keith and his team have replaced roofs for other family members, and he obviously does great work at a fair price so we will continue to use him!!. He doesn't try to upsell or push you to get anything you don't want. He explained our situation and what we are looking for, and that is exactly what he did. Highly recommend him

We were very impressed how quickly Keith got back to us when we called after the hail storm and how quickly he got back to us with a quote. When he said he would have a quote for us within 24 hours, it was done. You could set your clock by Keith's response. We very much appreciated how our house was draped in tarps and how clean the yard and flower beds were after they left. Not a nail was found .
