I did a lot of research on who I should hire. I am a recent widow and don't like being taken advantage of, and they were on top of their game the whole time and made me and my family feel comfortable in every way that they could with them working on my property through the whole process!
WestPro is a really good company and was always on time. They are really helpful every single step of the way. From the initial walkthrough to the move-in to the finished product walkthrough, they were great.

We have called a few people and we had no shows, miscommunication, and these ladies and gentlemen were here on time everyday. Sales person was courteous and everything went just the way she said it would. They left a ladder for the inspection and I have grandchildren that live with us and they are very rambunctious. Called and asked about the ladder because they would climb, knock over or try to do something dangerous. They were over and took it down for me ASAP.
I thought the workers did a great job.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The project was to replace my roof. Your Team -- to the total surprise of my neighbors -- arrived at 7:30 AM and was done, site cleaned up, and gone by 6:00 PM. Wow. I was impressed.

Everybody at West Pro was courteous and professional. Despite some blizzard delays, the siding looks great, and they made sure every detail was taken care of before signing off. The roofers did a great job cleaning up afterwards and did the job quickly and efficiently. I truly have no complaints about anything, and everything looks great! I would highly recommend them, and in fact have to my neighbors.
Communication - They answered all my questions, and were friendly and courteous when I had some insurance questions when I mis-understood how my insurance worked. The owner both emailed me and called me to make sure I understood.
Problem Resolution - we had a few hiccups, which is to be expected. WestPro made sure everything was addressed quickly. They even noticed and addressed some issues with the siding that I hadn't noticed.
Recognized Excellence - Our project manager Ashur was very friendly and thorough. As I stated, Jordan was great as a sales person and made us feel quite comfortable in our decision to go with West Pro. Patrick, the owner, was very patient with my insurance misunderstanding. Brittany kept me informed and was always helpful on the phone.
