Everyone was very helpful through the whole process. Even when a need to reschedule arose,the response was helpful and flexible.

Really pleased with the siding repairs and objective advice we received. Inadequate flashing that was installed by the original builder forced us to replace a small section of shingles, which we had not anticipated when scoping out the job. Luke Cross handled the setback in the most professional manner possible, and my wife and I were pleased with the outcome.

I feel like I get a straight answer and that selling me something isn't the most important factor. Professionalism is apparent from the very first contact to the completion of the project. Everyone is knowledgeable and well trained, but never arrogant or condescending...the complete opposite of the door to door outfits, large or small, that swarm after large hail events. There's a whole lot that can go wrong when unjustified insurance claims are made or claims aren't backed up with the best documentation and evidence (including negative impact to policies just for making a claim, even if it is denied). Westpro got me out of a mess with one of the door to door outfits about 5 years ago and served me well through a second major hail event as well as a recent problem with my sister's insurance that wanted to cancel a policy unless she paid for a new dwelling roof. Westpro actually helped me convince the insurance company that it wasn't needed and limited the new roofing to just a detached garage that was in bad shape. This is why I am likely to use them someday for other services (hoping I escape another hail storm requiring a new roof).

The sales portion and the work portion of the process went very smooth. The collection part of the process was bumpy.

They were helpful. From the very start through the whole process. They were complete. They answered all our questions throughout the entire job with our new roof and window installation.

I am evaluating what they have done here. I had an entryway gutter and a gutter filter installed, and WestPro did it. I was satisfied through two snows storms, and there was nothing extremely heavy and no down pouring rain. I didn't get any icicles, and that is why I had it done.
