Overall, FHIA did an excellent job, everything was as stated, windows are beautiful, workers professional, etc. I did not like the choices for sliding glass doors or the costs associated with front doors. I did not like that I couldn’t just get a quote but that it was discounted if I made my decision “today.” This makes me think no matter what, I am overpaying for the product. Quote me what it’s worth and I can make a good decision without pressure.
