I'm happy with my new roof. But follow -up was not conducted in a timely manner
They did a very professional job and took care of all of the red tape involved, which was really great for me. They got me a good loan, and approved everything through all of the historic preservation people that needed to approve the construction. That was extremely helpful.
They are very professional and efficient in carrying out the project.
This wasn't the first project I had them do, I chose them again because of the workmanship the first time around.
They need improvement in their communication.
The sales people were knowledgeable and explained everything to my satisfaction.
This company has met and over exceeded my expectations! Everyone at West Coast better Homes has an amazing attitude and knows what they are talking about, My home has the most amazing face lift its had ever!!! I would and will use West Coast better homes for anything and everything I possibly can they are hands down amazing from start to finish.

Additional Comments - I did look up the product that they installed on the internet, and I saw that they're rated as one of the highest quality window manufacturers on the west coast. I'd say that the quality of these windows has been matched by the quality of their installation by West Coast Better Homes.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Their customer service and the initial people who came in to show the materials used. They were knowledgeable and they corrected problems when they arose immediately. They were on top of their game.
Recognized Excellence - Mark, Saoul, and the owner of the company were great! They helped us the entire way.
Additional Comments - The roof looks amazing and it cools the home a lot faster. We are really pleased!

I do not feel that West Coast Better Homes fulfilled their contract. We were supposed to receive a warranty within a few weeks of the project being completed and we never received it. My complaints were never handled. I was never truly satisfied. They would not contact me for weeks until they wanted their money

I was pleased with the people and their professionalism. Everytime I look at my roof I'm happy! I feel safe and secure with my new roof.
Schedule - Some of that scheduling was based on weather. I was told that they thought they could start in a week but it took a little longer. Once they started they stayed true to the schedule.
Value - The price seemed a little high but I am happy with what I got.

Some years back my mother hired a contractor who did bad work. West Coast Better Homes fixed all the messes he left. I tell my friends West Coast Better Homes is the answer to my prayers to find someone who could fix it all
