Werner said they would start, and be done, in 7 days. They finished in over 50 days. The crew broke things, put things back in kitchen cabinets in reverse order, sometimes in different drawers. One cleaning employee even scolded me. Their cleaning abilities were below zero in alot of cases. Cleaning some areas 2 and 3 times. Managers had a excuse for everything. Went to finish another big job in the middle of mine. One manager went on vacation, another had sugery, and they were already30 days past when they had told my insurance compay rep. they would be finished. During this whole time, one manager kept saying we are not perfect, and had excuses for every complaint. Even denying they broke some items. One cleaning person in perticular. If Werner comes to help you with a disaster, DO NOT LET THEM IN! Call anyone else... And this is just half of it...

They had a couple of businesses that was shaw electricted by wiring, they did a fantastic job. The painter, Ralph did a fantastic job. Hometown did a fantastic job. Carpet land did my tile work they did a great job as well. All around they did great.

My only problem was when they came to write up the contract I asked them if they could replace a metal chimney. I wanted a smaller one as it is only used for a gas water heater. Later they said they wouldn't be able to do it. So my roof is finished and I have an unattractive, needs painted, pipe out of my new roof. Also I wasn't left with any shingles in case they would be needed for the chimney replacement. I am not completely satisfied with the ridge vent. I was told they would come back another day to finish it. Later that day I received an email that they found ridge vent and finished the vent. I don't think it looks quite right and wonder if they bought something not as good to finish.
