Mike & Marissa were incredible to work with to design and build our home. We were upfront with them at the first meeting that we had never designed or built a home and would probably need a lot of help getting through the process. They said not to worry, they had our best interest in mind and they would help us make sure we got what we wanted within the costs we felt comfortable with. In the end we did spend more than we originally planned to, but we got a much better quality home than we had expected and we are over the moon happy with the entire process and the resulting home.

We are so happy with our new home! We enjoyed working with the whole team and felt a part of the process and well informed throughout. The team was very responsive to our questions and concerns, and we were able to work together to solve any issues and achieve all the features we hoped to include. There are always wrinkles, but we felt so thankful that the Wausau team steered well clear of any of the horror stories about builders that are always circulating.

Its very nerve racking for someone like myself watch another qualified team build our final home and we are VERY pleased with the services you provided from the start of design in March to the set in June and now the move in November.
