Started with a thorough inspection and explanation of needs and products to alleviate the issues. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Scheduling was a breeze with great communication from the home office. Job day team was on time and took great care of our property. Site manager kept in contact throughout the day. Clean up was immaculate, looked better than when they arrived.

Looked at garage roof and house roof. Said the house roof didn’t need replacement yet. Appreciated his honest about the house roof

We appreciate the crew were directly employed by Victor's and worked together very well. The crew leader, Aaron, was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job of communicating with us.

To me, the experience was not cheap, but it was good.

Victors worked very well. The only issue was that they tacked on pricing at the end of the project when I was told everything would be covered.

This crew, and the lead man, were exceptional. I could not ask for better people. They were contentious, respectful, and they did the job they said they were going to do. I could not ask for anything more.

My final review will depend on if this project is completed to my satisfaction.

Left our rental home yard messy. Did not pick up supplies timely manner. Did not get dumpster until job started and picked up by 9am the next day. Took 4 hrs to complete the job. Did not seal tears or seams in roof so we would not have leaks in future.Logan said they would do this and it is stated in our contract we signed.

The salesperson did an attic inspection and said they found mold and took pictures. We had a mold remediation company come in, and they did not find an issue after they replaced the roof. We choose Victors because they did attic inspections and that is when they told us that we would need mold remediation. I had a reputable company come in and check it out, but they did not recommend anything.

I was pleased with everything they did.

I have already recommended Victor's to my neighbor and friend when she is ready to deal with her roof.

They've got to stop bugging the consumer. Just mail one survey, and if they do it, it is fine, and if they don't, that is okay.

Had to reschedule from original install because the crew didn’t finish their previous job as planned so I had to reschedule for a day that I couldn’t be there. They say I didn’t have to be there, but I wanted to be. That was one. Number two was there was an overcharge on the final bill. It was corrected AFTER I called and pointed it out.
Minor things, but at 10% higher than the next bid, I have high expectations.

Very thorough from start to finish. Open communication throughout project. Roof replacement designs were provided in hard copy and electronically. A benefit when selling the home. 👍

I am not happy with the way they coated the flashing. It's not that important, but I should've focused on the way they did the roof. It's in the front of the house and bothers me.

Outstanding service; as far as price goes, it's fair. The customer service is outstanding, and the service was great.

Victors did a really great job and I appreciate it. I didn't have to play any games with them. I liked that. Any questions I had, they answered. They took pictures of the process for me.

when we called for an estimate, they were here the very next day. had called someone else earlier who didn't even call back.

I think the price was a bit higher than it should have been, in hindsight. I suspect they made quite the tidy profit off of me, and so likely most other people they work for as well. $35,000 in 2025 for a 1600 sq ft roof is absurd, when the (admittedly) cheaper and less comprehensive companies were quoting $20,000. I went with the more expensive option for peace of mind, but I strongly suspect they would have made a tidy profit at $30,000. The total materials cost couldn't have been more than $5000 and that's being extremely generous. So that was $30,000 for a day of work. Absolute highway robbery. The only saving grace in all this is that it APPEARS (time will tell) they did excellent work.

Buy me calling and make an appointment and no one showed up and then I had to call to make another appointment and they didn’t show up then another point was made some showed up but did not work and I made another phone call to schedule another appointment and no show again And finally I’d called the office again and I talked to a new project manager. He came out he assessed my problems and says I’m top priority and I’ll get on this right away. Well that was yesterday morning and all day today and still nothing. I’m getting so fed up With this company. I even asked to speak to Victor myself and he said no that I won’t be able to happen. So after conversation, I hope this gets out to Victor so I can tell him how bad his company is being ran.

Vlad came out personally and did a video of my roof, listened to my family history and worked on finding me financing

the cost was quite high.

Wish shed had been given better support as the roof sways on one side.

I suggest everybody use them.

They were all knowledgeable, polite, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and if I run across anyone in need, I will pass the name on.

We are so happy with our new roof. We had moldy boards in our attic so the entire roof had to be done. They did the job in a day and a half and we have piece of mine and a guarantee that it won’t be back. What a great company. The quality and craftsmanship is phenomenal. I just felt it was just very expensive.

I have already talked with one of the guys at Victors about decreasing the total for the inconveniences the past week, as well as clarification on some other things. As long as that happens, that is all that I need.

Some things didn’t seem to be done completely. Like checking the baffles in attic. Just not sure. ????

The quality of the stuff that they used was decent. It was the workmanship and the price. They were one of the highest. I was taking advice from others that they were good, but based on the price they aren't. He was three times what everyone else wanted.

They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

While not the lowest price, it was a great job and obstacles didn't stand in their way.
