We’re so glad we chose Victors for our roofing project! While the roof hasn’t been installed yet, we’ve been incredibly impressed with everything so far—especially our salesperson, Kyle. He has been amazing to work with: super friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through our options, answered every question (even the ones we didn’t know we had), and made us feel completely confident in our decision.

Their communication has been top-notch, and we truly feel like we’re in great hands. If the rest of the process is anything like the experience we’ve had so far, we know we’re going to be thrilled with the final result. Can’t wait to see our new roof come together!

We can officially say we had fantastic experience with Victors! After mold was found during our inspection , they got us scheduled ASAP — which was such a relief. Mason and his crew showed up right on time and kept us in the loop by sending progress pictures throughout the day. Kyle even stopped by during the install to walk the job, which really showed their level of care.

The attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were seriously top notch. And the cherry on top? A handwritten thank-you note from Shelbi at the end — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable, quality roofing work!

Everyone from the Sales representatives to the office personnel and finally the installation crews were just a joy to be around everyone knew and seemed to take enjoyment in their jobs. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who might ask about my new roof, and will definitely be telling all my friends about how wonderful this company is.

At this time, Victor's Home Solutions is a very good and reputable company, but in time we will see.

I am so happy we kept seeing the advertisements on TV. I guess it gave us a chance to see Victor and hear him talk about his company. He came to our mind first when we discovered a leak in our livingroom ceiling. Kyle J and Nate S came out, inspected the problem and took pictures and videos to show us the damage that was up there. It showed the hole in the supposed fixed roof from another company 3 years ago, and areas they said they fixed, which they had not. They explained all options and we went with repairing the roof where it was not properly installed and fixed before. About 4 days later when the snow slowed down a bit and it was not as frigid out, Miles, Darryl and Noe came and did the repair and reinstallation of part of our roof. They did an incredible job not only installing but cleaning up. They made sure we were happy before they left. I must add.... IF YOU NEED A NEW ROOF OR ANY REPAIRS DONE.... CALL VISTORS. You will not be disappointed!!!

I have to get my financing resolved first before I could answer. If it goes through and they take care of the extra cost, I would give them a 10, but if they decide that I have to take care of the extra cost, I would probably drop it to an 8. I think they are a good company, and I hope this can resolve itself without going any further.

I wish I knew how to post my emails or my pictures of the job that was done on my house. Pictures are worth a thousand words and I have too many for this response so I will keep it as a " HELL NO" I would never recommend Victor's home solutions for anything

Lack of communication after sale.

Sam came out and did a really good inspection. Corey came out and did the paperwork. HE showed me multiple options of how to pay for it and was there step by step. The supervisor was great and the secretary that I spoke with at Victors was very clear, precise and professional. If something were to happen, I would choose Victors again in a heartbeat.

If someone sees Victors's sign, run; don't walk. I was happy with Vlad's presentation, but everything else was not good. For $24,000, I would expect a better roof job and not Victors scabbing in the work.

They were very fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to address any concerns that I had and made sure I understood what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing.

As far as for the price, the didn't meet my expectations for the price, but everything else was subpar.

I'll let you know in a year if the repair was successful
