I was told at the time of the quote that there would be different sets of workers handling different aspects of the job. What I received was the same 3 workers on both days. No idea how skilled they were from the start and had to have faith they would do a quality job. I figured out who the supervisor was when I initiated my initial contact with the crew. Was told he would come to me and keep me up to date on how they were doing.

I consulted Victors based on a mail flyer. Their Google reviews were outstanding as well. Based on my own experience I fully agree with all the 5-star reviews, from project start to end. I will definitely be considering them again for future home improvement needs!

Prompt early starters

I had been searching around for awhile for a roofer that wasn’t to high in price, but delivered quality work. They showed up early and stayed until the job was done. The efficiency that I saw was amazing.

It all went fairly smoothly despite having to reschedule because of the rain. That can't be helped.

Victors came in and completed the work, and when it looked like it was going to rain, they made sure everything was secured and finished the job.

They were quick to respond and give me a good estimate. Their financing was terrific. All the installers were lovely and respectful.

The guys worked very well together. They were hard working and I can’t believe they did it all in one day!

I personally was a project manager in my career. A project is the people; it is what makes a project excellent or not. I was pretty impressed with the project manager, Evan, and Joel, the salesman. They both did an outstanding job and were very knowledgeable. The crew that was sent to do the roof work did an excellent job; they worked long hours with no slacking. They got up there, and they worked. I was really impressed with the work ethic of the people that they sent.

We can officially say we had fantastic experience with Victors! After mold was found during our inspection , they got us scheduled ASAP — which was such a relief. Mason and his crew showed up right on time and kept us in the loop by sending progress pictures throughout the day. Kyle even stopped by during the install to walk the job, which really showed their level of care.

The attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were seriously top notch. And the cherry on top? A handwritten thank-you note from Shelbi at the end — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable, quality roofing work!

Everyone from the Sales representatives to the office personnel and finally the installation crews were just a joy to be around everyone knew and seemed to take enjoyment in their jobs.
