Victors was thorough. I had a problem right after the installation where there was one piece of decorative facet that was not put up, but they came back a few days later and took care of it.

Allen showed up on time, consulted on what he was going to do and why and kept us informed along the way. We could tell from talking with him that this is not his first rodeo installing a roof. He’s been at it several years and you can sure tell the difference between him and a newbie.

The guys are cool. They did good work. The communication was weird. It was kind of hard to have to battle to talk to whoever was the supervisor on sight. I am a supervisor in construction and you need to be able to communicate with the homeowner at all times. You should have someone there that can speak English or communicate on the job site. Someone should be there to make communication happen on the job sight.

I was told at the time of the quote that there would be different sets of workers handling different aspects of the job. What I received was the same 3 workers on both days. No idea how skilled they were from the start and had to have faith they would do a quality job. I figured out who the supervisor was when I initiated my initial contact with the crew. Was told he would come to me and keep me up to date on how they were doing.

I consulted Victors based on a mail flyer. Their Google reviews were outstanding as well. Based on my own experience I fully agree with all the 5-star reviews, from project start to end. I will definitely be considering them again for future home improvement needs!

Prompt early starters

I had been searching around for awhile for a roofer that wasn’t to high in price, but delivered quality work. They showed up early and stayed until the job was done. The efficiency that I saw was amazing.

It all went fairly smoothly despite having to reschedule because of the rain. That can't be helped.

Victors came in and completed the work, and when it looked like it was going to rain, they made sure everything was secured and finished the job.

I personally was a project manager in my career. A project is the people; it is what makes a project excellent or not. I was pretty impressed with the project manager, Evan, and Joel, the salesman. They both did an outstanding job and were very knowledgeable. The crew that was sent to do the roof work did an excellent job; they worked long hours with no slacking. They got up there, and they worked. I was really impressed with the work ethic of the people that they sent.
