Final roof looks great. The workers were extremely hard working and did a great job. The front office is exploiting them and doesn’t know how to communicate at all. They did not notify me when materials were being delivered, when work was starting and were wrong about how long it would take to complete the work. This company may be veteran owned but all the work is being done by immigrant laborers. This company is using the veteran label as a hook to sell roofs and as a veteran I find it disturbing.

I was not feeling well the day the representative came to see us. I also forgot and my husband was not at home. The representative was VERY UNDERSTANDING and we scheduled for another day. The issue came when the office called and SCOLDED me about taking up their time. I should have cancelled before he came. I apologized but he kept going at me about wasting their time. I did not feel they had great customer service, especially since my husband is a 30 year veteran who is disabled!

I was very happy and satisfied with the roof they installed. Every morning I look at it through my window, and it looks great! It even made it through the hurricane that came through our town.

Additional Comments - From the call to get an estimate, to Van's coming to survey the job, to the day the crew showed up and did the work, everything went smoothly. The crew were hard working, and skilled, spotting problem spots that I didn't even know about. I will gladly recommend Valor.
