Very friendly and very fast service!!!
Utah Flood and Fire did a prompt, thorough and excellent job with the remediation of our kitchen flood. They explained the timing and process and were very helpful.
They had horrible communication. They took 11 months to finish my kitchen. It was bad all the way around.
They had good communication, they were timely, and they got it done when they said they would.
I appreciate everybody that came and what they did. They made a big disaster turn into a really god experience. The workers were great to have around and knew what they were doings. I feel like they were my personal friends.
My expectations were exceeded in every way! Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful.I was so glad I went with this company.I would re hire them in a second!!!Great service and a great value. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.
Jennifer has worked with me over the last few months and she has been good about trying to get things done.
They need to be mindful who is working for them. The contractor doesn't get audited. He is just out there doing what he doesn't. Even the people that worked for him said they were looking for new job.
These people are the most incompetent I have ever met. Jennifer brought it all back on track but there was still a big disconnected from trade to trade and we still have deflects in out basement. Go somewhere else for quality.
Great Service!
Utah Flood and Fire did their best at this bad time of the world! They were professional and caring, going out of their way to try to make things right. But, because of the pandemic, they were short workers and had to sub it out. So, my complaints are against the other company, simply because it was a hard carpet to work with and they seemed less than prepared to do it right, they just wanted to get it done. (And after 4 months I kind of stopped caring and just wanted my home back.) I didn't see the problems until they were done and the corrections would have taken months more to complete because the carpet was not cut wide enough where it butted up to other floorings for the correct procedure. In the end, it's beautiful and only we, the homeowners, are aware of the idiosyncrasies.
I would have appreciated more clean up after the job.
Every employee who came to my house was super, polite, clean language and a delight to work with.
would never recommend because the timeline and completing the restoration was horrible.
I had a good experience at first. Things were explained differently to how it turned out. They did their job at Ut Flood and Fire Network at first until no more word of approval from Safeco and then all came to a hault. It seems like your experience with mitigation depends on your insurance adjuster and that experience was a living nightmare.
If I could give less than 1 star for this company I would, as they didn't put any effort into helping us at all. We had a tree fall on our house in August of 2018 and they didn't send anyone to fix our roof until December 7th. 4 months to fix a leaking roof!!! This was after at least 10 phone calls warning them about winter coming. The guy they finally did send spent 30 minutes, and didn't fix a golf ball size hole that was caused by the tree falling. We had roof leaking issues all winter long that caused us thousands of dollars additionally in damages. This company was unresponsive and failed time and again to do anything but drag us along and charge for everything they could to our insurance company (i.e us buying for it one way of another.) These guys just subcontract out and collect a premium for doing nothing. Save yourself some money and find your own contractors as these guys are a complete joke. Beware, I couldn't recommend against them anymore. They were absolutely terrible. These guys asked for our feedback at least 4 times by 4 different means, well here you go...my feedback.
very good
They were great at the work that they did, but the workers would not always lock up the way that I had specified that it needed to be locked up.
