Not sure that they were better or worse than any other estimate we received. They all say that they have a different product from the other companies but the information is all the same
Installers Professionalism - Installers were GREAT......while they didn't speak much English there was a hole in one of my screens upon installation and when I showed it to him I assumed I would have to wait for a new one. NOPE he took it out and replaced the screen right there, that was GREAT!
These are very nice windows. There was a draft in our living room. The new windows fixed that. No more storm windows.

This company will call you 24/7 to get your business. But when you've given them your money, they will rarely call you back. They will not update you on when your product is ready. I had to constantly call the salesman, who did his job already, to have him get in contact with the company. I ordered gutters and gutter toppers. The first appointment time, no one showed up or even called to say they weren't coming. Once I asked for my money back, Mike Mooney called me back asap and got someone out to install the gutters only. Then I had an appointment to have the toppers installed and I called Mike to confirm. He then told me that Pavel was not coming because he had problems getting back from vacation. To which I asked if there was another installer and was told no. Seriously, 1 installer for a large company?? Mike told me he would get back to me the same day. He never called, texted, emailed or any other form of communication to let me know what was going on. Through this entire process, I have had to be the initiator of communication. This company is HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!!! I'm going to the BBB! I was going to buy windows from them. Now I wish I hadn't purchased anything.

The lower pane on 1 of my windows was cracked when they unwrapped it. They said they came straight from the factory so now I'm waiting for that to be replaced. They were installed on July 10th and said it would take 2 weeks to get here which will be this Friday July 24th.

I would not recommend this company to put windows in anything. It was the worst home improvement project I have ever done.
