I would not recommend this company to put windows in anything. It was the worst home improvement project I have ever done.
Strom door was the wrong size
The sales man over promised and they tried to under deliver.
Not for gutters.
Quality of work is decent, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone past scheduling a free estimate.
Very prompt and professional
There was a language barrier between the installation crew and me, and it would be helpful if Universal Windows has someone who could translate on the team.
Installers were fine, but the company itself have no clue what customer service is, or how to schedule install. Waited 15 weeks from contract date to get installed
I had all my windows replaced and the house is now warmer and there is much less noise coming into the house.
Doors were not installed by the date promised by the salesman, who also promised one of our removed doors would be installed on the garage. That didn’t happen because installer knew nothing about it. I ordered 3 fiberglass doors but got only 1. The 2 steel doors were installed before I realized, so I kept them.
I am waiting to to see how they fix the current situation before I give a detailed review.
The gutters look great. The crew did excellent work. It was a pleasure to have them come and work on my house.
I was dreading the process of replacing my old windows but it couldn't have been easier! From the demonstration to the installation it was effortless on my part. I absolutely love my windows and the great people from Universal Windows Direct!

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
