Follow up by the QA team. If you need to repair a brand new attic fan (one of three) then communicate with me and tell me when it will be done. Overall the install went ok, except not connecting power to the fans and improperly installing a ridge vent that was removed from the contract.
UBofA was very easy to work with.
The project manager has been very open, honest, and good at explaining the process and options to us.

The quality of their work from the office to the job site.
The crew they hired to do the job didn't do a good job. Someone else had to come and spend a day and a half, and it is still not resolved. It took two days for the roof, and there was no problem there. It was not done correctly, and we are still picking up trash. There was a lot of damage to our home from the experience, and I would not recommend them to anybody else.
The work was great and I am happy.

I think their builder installers are great. I can not say that about the office staff.

They were excellent. Most of the workers didn't speak English, but they were very courteous and hard working. There was no swearing and they were very polite. I had a good experience and I am very thankful.
