This system is expensive, but it does look nice.

Martin and Joshua did a very good job. They were pleasant to work with and made a huge effort to please me about where the drainage pipes were placed so that it was visually pleasing. They were always polite and fun. My lower deck is much lighter and cleaner looking. I am very happy with the job.

Our installation team was Dennis and Jacob for the undercover system and Jeff and Chris for our electrical needs. They called to confirm when they were coming and arrived on time. They thoroughly explained the installation process upon arrival and did not disappoint. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They were extremely friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. To top it all off, I now have a beautiful patio that is water proof and usable year round. I couldn't be happier! They were very bad at following thru their timeline. I paid them and the project didn't start until 3 months later and then it was delayed again. They didn't seem like they cared about my project as a homeowner, they cared more about commercial projects. For the money I spent I expected more. It was a huge headache and i'll never recommend them.

Our lower deck hasn’t been very usable for 10yrs until the Undercover system was installed.

From scheduling the sales appointment through the installation process everyone was very professional and communicative. There was one scheduling hiccup that was quickly acknowledged and owned as their mistake and they worked with us on making sure our needs were accommodated despite the hiccup. The job site was immaculate and the installation team worked a longer day in torrential rain and the cold to make sure our system was completed by the end of the day which was unexpected and appreciated.
We love the way our under deck looks now and have already been using our new outdoor space as a family when we normally would not have been able to in the winter months.
