The salesman was great and very nice. But the work that he said was going to be done was not as extensive as I was lead to believe The cost is extremely high for what you actually get. I thought this was going to be a major overhaul . And it was not like that at all. I was lead to believe that the tub floor would be completely torn out and they would have to do a cement pour for the entire shower floor. They replaced maybe 8 inches of cement in the shower floor. I was also led to believe that there would be a major overhaul on the plumbing. Replacing plumbing from the toilet to the shower. All they did was change the plumbing on the shower wall with pex pipe. That was maybe 3 or 4 short pieces. It was not a big deal. Not that much plumbing was changed. Someone made a huge amount of money on this job and I do not feel like I got a fair shake on the price at all! As a matter a fact I feel like I got bent over. The cost was ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE for what we got. I watched the entire process and it sure wasn’t a $22,000.00 job. The parts and labor did not come to near that much. Of that I am sure! Two guys spent 6 hours a day for two days. So on the cost factor alone I would not recommend your company to family or a friend. I truthfully need a serious price adjustment on this job. Like I said I watched the whole job. If I were to be able to re do this job I would not have used your company. The cost was EXTREMELY TO HIGH! SERIOUSLY TO EXPENSIVE Disappointed!!!

I don’t know of anyone in my small community who is considering having this work done. We are a small town with a majority of the homes being 50 years old and older. We are not a rich community by any means. But if I hear of anyone expressing that consideration, I would certainly be the first to offer you as a very good example.

I was very pleased with the final installation and quality of the product. The efficiency and quick turn around was what I needed without compromise in quality. The cost was a little higher than I might have been quoted by a general contractor but it was worth it. This was a zero stress shower remodel!

My garage organizer did not come with any hardware and nobody is giving me any information as to what hardware to get in order to use it I'm very upset with the lack of product information that your personnel have and the fact that NOBODY has the ability to follow up with my satisfaction of this project

For a 4x5 shower, the price was extremely overpriced for products used. This comment is based on further research locally in our area.
