They provided us with a compelling, but not too long, presentation. We were able to see samples of the actual tiles in a wide variety of colors to choose from. They explained their ice guard product, their vent "boots" to seal around the bottom of each prior to the shingles being applied, and full gutter removal prior to roofing and reattachment afterwards.

Salesman was very knowledgeable. Explained everything. Job foreman kept me informed regarding progress and extra work needed. Workers worked hard and did a nice job.

I highly recommend Top Tier Roofing. From start to finish, I was very impressed by the company. Jason did a great job with the initial appointment, taking plenty of time to go through all aspects of the product and job. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and detailed in their work throughout the day. I was most impressed by the clean-up job at the end of the day. The crew must have circled the house 7 to 8 times picking up trash, nails, etc. They even put all the outside furniture and decos back exactly where they were at the start of the job. Trevor, the supervisor on site did an awesome job to keep me informed on the progress and small issues that needed addressing. Overall, I would most definitely recommend Top Tier for a roof replacement, as the customer service and job performance was above and beyond.

The team was super professional - all worked together, no loud music played, no smoking. This team took pictures of everything so that I was able to see all of the rotted wood / replaced wood and shared them with me when presented with a change order. Owner came by after the job was completed to review the pictures, get our input and then presented us with the final invoice. They also left the job site spotless!!!!
