It’s been seven months but the foundation of my home has yet to be poured. I guess they will say that there’s much that they relied upon me to do prior to commencing, but I tried to do everything that they asked of me. I am worried that the recent rains will wipe out the select fill base that has been put there at great cost.

The whole experience has been smooth with a clear process. The builder and crew are amazing too, they're working really fast. I can't wait to move to our new house soon!

The working from the start of the process to creating the home, to building, to completion, to providing the keys to us was seamless and well orchestrated.

Very professional to attend the customer but they need a good manager construction, because our river model house is a 3/2 house less than 1400sf, we corrected many mistakes while they were building it, and we saw that they did not cover the bathtubs when they were working with another material and that caused damage and scratches, when they installed the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, they also had many scratches and dents, they corrected them but they are always visible, we noticed many ants and insects coming out of the door frames and it turns out that they did NOT seal above the door frames, the granite in the kitchen and bathrooms was not treated with sealant and was not polished well, when water falls it stains, my husband had to seal above the door frames, when they delivered the house to us it was dirty too and for not complaining to the construction manager who did not check that. We know that our house is not a mansion but they should be careful..

Its been a struggle in both ends. The crew at the Spring office has been very helpful, but it took about a year and a half to get through the process.

The entire process wasn’t the happy “home buying” story I thought it would be. Our drive way was poured on a day when it was raining to meet a deadline so we have permanent marks where the rain fell along the drive way and sidewalk.
