Our journey is not complete yet so this recommendation is for the services provided to this point. The reason it’s not a ten is for the sequence of the design. In our case the site was a bit challenging so finding a floor plan to fit was difficult. I believe that the site visit should have been before signing for the floor plan. With recommendations from that visit the floor plan could fit the property more efficiently.

The only thing I am happy about is that Chuck, who was assigned to our home build, was amazing, and the home turned out great. It is the process that I am not happy with. Tilson let our family down badly. We were new to building, and they should have informed us of what was needed for a new build.

The price, build quality, and speed of construction all met and exceeded expectations

Areas Of Satisfaction - Our builder Summer Dinscore was an excellent communicator and ran a tight ship insuring the constitution site remained clean and schedules for each phase of construction were on time or earlier than predicted. I work with many builders in the area building custom cabinets and fully expected to see the delays I see on other job sites and I was very surprised at how quickly things moved.

We liked that there are several plans to choose from and that they can be modified to fit our needs.

Tilson has been amazing so far! We love our project manager while our build is in process. I do feel like building a home for the first time we were not very aware of all the different options available in the house or small additions we realize now we probably should have added.
