The title company they used missed an issue on the property. That put us in a legal issue with another party.

Their professionalism, communication, respect for us as clients, and taking the time to capture memorable moments for us, truly made our entire building process go smoothly. I would highly recommend them to any client wanting an excellent home building experience.

I would only refer them because of Michael. If he wasn’t the person that helped with our build I’d say absolutely do not use Tilson. The end product when we did the walk through looked good, but that was just cosmetic. Ow that we are living in the home the flaws are starting to show
