Ms.Dani Bailey has been our guide and support from our first meeting with Tilson personnel. My wife Patricia and I agree that Ms Bailey has provided a stress free experience overall. She was always pleasant, positive, ready and willing to answer our questions and/or to intervene on our behalf with individuals or agencies when doing so was efficient and effective for all concerned.

There are several areas that Tilson of Angleton can improve including not pressuring folks to sign before the land is actually prepared for the build. Clean up/housekeeping and communication needs major improvement during the build. Quality control during construction is needed as things were looked over.
