We contacted Fred after 4 pm desperately in need of a handyman to board up our home after a break-in. Fred committed to helping us and was at our home within a couple hours with the materials to complete the work in the rain. Fred returned a few days later to complete a thorough inspection and provided a written estimate for the work that needed to be completed to restore our home. He walked through the estimate with us in person that spelled out all of the details very clearly for the scope and cost of the work. We found Fred and Fred Jr to be very professional and meticulous. They were on time or early for every appointment and communicated with me daily which was greatly appreciated. When an unexpected issue cropped up, Fred presented and reviewed the change order with us so that we were all in agreement with the additional scope of work that needed to be done and costs. Fred took the time to Face Time with my husband to help troubleshoot a concern that we had when my husband couldn’t be at the house to discuss in person. Fred and Fred Jr completed the work within the time they’d estimated and left our home cleaner than the work areas were presented to them. The next time we need handyman work done at our house we will be calling Fred and Fred Jr.
