A few years back we had a small water leak that I noticed in our laundry room.

I called you all and you sent someone out. Not only did they address the seal issue on the roof but sealed several other areas they mentioned could become issues.

When they were done and I asked how much I owed, they said to keep you all in mind *when* we needed a roof.

We didn’t expect it to be as soon as it was but when we had the hail storm earlier in the year I knew who to call.

I worked with Shaun throughout most of the process and let me tell you - top notch.

Great communication, didn’t pressure me into anything, was there to answer all of my questions even before we had committed.

Once that part happened he helped navigate the options and assisted with the the insurance piece.

When it came time to perform the work everything. Happened on the schedule we agreed to and the crew did quick and efficient work and cleaned up well after the fact.

Also shout out to the people working at the office (I worked with Theresa quite a bit) as they were also great to work with.

I appreciate the solid and honest work. It’s not very often you feel like a company has your back but I felt that way throughout this whole process.

Overall our experience with Roof Joker has been outstanding! Josh and Shaun were great communicators, the office staff was friendly and the installation crew did an excellent job and left our property without a speck of trash. We had some damage to our driveway from the forklift that delivered shingles. The damage was caused by a third party delivery service but the Roof Joker team is getting us taken care of - great customer service.

We had a great experience with Roof Joker. They were very professional and responsive. They made sure to take care of our landscaping and pool without damaging it during the roof replacement. Our new roof looks great. They did bang up a bit of trim but replaced it and made sure it looked better than they found it! Everyone was very friendly, the office staff kept in touch with us regarding insurance coverage and overall we had a great experience and would recommend them.
