Jeff is easy to work with. He kept his appointment and was prompt in getting back to me whenever I had a question. He was very knowledgeable, very personable, easy to relate to and shared his own personal experiences with his home remodeling projects. His daughter, Jenny, was also very professional and knew her craft as well. Her crew did the tiles and grout and were very professional. They were competent. They are reasonable and are not the most expensive but also not the cheapest.

Clean
Clean - They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves every evening. They used the vacuum whenever they had to do something and kept it as clean as they possibly could. You can't do a remodel without dust. They put paper on the floor and took everything down.

Respectful - It was a good crew.
Value
Value - I definitely received a fair value for my money.
Sales Knowledge
Sales Knowledge - The salesperson was definitely knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project.
Design
Design - They did extremely well.
Recognized Excellence
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Jose Duran. He was very patient, very professional and knowledgeable. As we were tearing down walls, he had good ideas and also in trying to work through wiring procless.

Additional Comments - We are really happy with it and have other projects. We will call them back and keep them busy.
