It really made a difference in our homes temperature. We have gotten some things done in our home and our upstairs is always warm. We had gotten new insulation in the attic and it was still warm. The new windows have been keeping the temperature. It's been nice. Yesterday was warm and I feel like it's made a difference. Everyone was so nice from the person who knocked on the door, to the person who sold us, to the workers. They were all really kind and understanding. We have a three year old son and there's a lot of patience needed. It was very nice to have someone that understood that we were a working family. The service was great.

I am likely to recommend The Home Doctor to a friend. Our new glass door exceeded our expectations. We had a large decrease in street noise with the extra installation the door provided, besides the energy efficiency.

It was a great experience. The installers were very professional, and they gave me all of the information that I needed. They were very detailed in explaining the process, how to take care of the door, and the after process, if I needed to order any new windows. The manager that came to inspect the windows and the door was very professional. He also explained to me what they were doing because they had to order new windows since the window wasn't opening and closing correctly. I think they did a great job!

It was very personable and very informative. We got to see all of our options, and the information was shared in detail: the value of the windows that we ended up going with and what they could do for us as far as energy efficiency goes and how much of an upgrade it was from what we currently had.
