We got off to a slow start going through project managers but once Jeremy stepped in it was off and running. The custom home they built us was everything I dreamed of. The convenience of the design room and constant contact with everyone as we needed them was stress free. The entire team there was available when needed and handled any concerns quickly. The house is so well built and air tight. It's truly my dream home.

They are very easy to work with. A great home with great quality. They're very detailed orientated. I was shocked when I received a detailed paper of everything that went into the office. Most builders will not do that. They're accommodating on last-minute notice. They're very great to deal with all the way around.

When building our home all was great, we were blown away at the professionalism, communication & quick response to any issues or questions we had. Fast forward 1 yr, 2 months later, we feel like the items that are on our list are not that important anymore. We have several items that we have been told they will not do anything about. Our front door has a very long scratch in it that we have pointed out since day one, the responses we were given is they will NOT do anything! He explained the door is pieced together, and that’s they way they come! I have never seen a door on a BRAND NEW house in all my years that has been pieced together as horrible as ours! We also have a couple of door/window molding that are uneven.

It’s been a frustrating experience!

We loved working with The Builders Group. They promptly answered our questions. They communicated throughout the entire process and even gave picture updates every week.

This is our second builders group home but the first we got to see built from ground up. It was a process but a enjoyable one. Nice to see it from a frame to the finished product. Jason was on top of all issues we came across, even with the closing date being pushed back being disappointing, we rather them build it right then to rush and Jason, Kate, and Jennifer made that process less stressful. We are very pleased with our home.

We were their first signature series. That made your choices easier, for colors and cabinets and choices, and things like that.

I evaluate quality over quantity. Communication and quality is key.

Work was unfinished despite them filing legal documents claiming so. When trying to have issues rectified, they continued to use unqualified contractors who did not actually fix the problems. Built to the literal minimum of standards (40psi is the most the water pressure can withstand before pipes literally burst in the walls). Owners will lie to you about local ordinances and try and guilt you into paying for them to fix their illegal build. If you attempt to file any legal claims against you they will have their full time lawyer drag out the process until you drop any claims. No qualified contractors will even touch a building done by them because of how much they will have to undo to even begin to fix the underlying issues.

They gave me weekly updates, and they have a customer care representative that you can talk to.

I have worked with several builders in the town, and hands down I always chose The Builders Group.

The staff was wonderful to work with, exceeded all our expectations, made the process enjoyable!

Building a home is stressful. I had moments when I wasn’t sure if this was the right thing for me. But looking back it would’ve been harder if I did not have a team like TBG to guide me in the process and do the behind the scenes work for me. Yes, you are going to pay more going through a bigger company than you are if you just hired a contractor that is recommended by a friend. We had our ups and downs. If you have the means and want a good team and a good warranty to back up your home, then TBG is the route to go!

The Builders Group needs to strongly listen to their client's problems and provide follow-up. An example is when I asked for specific drawings of our deck. The drawings never came through and the construction had to be redone.

We have had to ask multiple times for the same issues to be done. We could never get straight answers or promptly communication. The quality of our brand new house was also not that of a new house. There are multiple small mismeasurements visible signs of poor construction.

My only poor experience was the paint job in my house. I was gracious for the paint error being pointed out to me, but it should have never been an issue. Quality workers go a long way, and ultimately you are putting your name on the finished product whether you did the job or not. Do not settle for less than perfection just because it may not be noticeable at first glance. Second experience with different painter was significantly improved.

This is my second house built by the Builder's Group. I would recommend anyone looking to buy/build consider using the Builder's Group. Both houses are built to the highest standards. The Builder's Group has the best group of people that work for them making the process easy.
