I had questions about a section of the gutter that was re- hung. There was a opening between the roof and the gutter. A portion of the piece added was bent and open on the bottom of the piece. Gutter was not securely fitted to the downspout. When we had a lot of rain in the past storm, it became very obvious how bad it was! Gallons of water flowing out of the openings, etc,. onto my deck and not going into the downspout. I an waiting for someone tp come and fix!
Unfortunately, my gutters were put up totally wrong the first time which caused water to seep into my basement, onto brand new wooden floors I had just put in. The gutters were installed so they released water at the front of my house, causing rivers of water to flow down the side of my house and into the basement (which is the original reason I got the gutters, to avoid this situation), instead of being spouted to release at the end of the house, close to the lakeside, so the water flowed downhill. In addition to this spout issue, they installed the gutters so the front door wouldn't even open. It was right before July 4th wknd and I had 8 guests coming to stay with me, which was a serious pain. Good thing I was able to slip through the small opening and open the back doors. Thereafter, with these 2 problems, I repeated called the local office, but the receptionist (Ariana) was absolutely terrible. Not only was she dismissive, but she was rude, wouldn't return phone calls when she said she would, didn't keep me in the loop to the evolving availability of the production team. She knew I was irrate and would just leave work for the day, without calling me back, without insuring the someone came to fix the problem, all whilst making me feel like I was a terrible person asking her to take responsibility for something that wasn't her job (though it 100% was). Mike, my sales person, was the only person concerned with customer service, following up with me, escalating where he could and helping me ultimately get the issues resolved. Job, the head of production was also not very helpful in the beginning, making false promises to show up on 2 different days and not coming through, then offering to come on a wknd so I stayed home waiting for them, only to be called by Mike that Job lived 4 hrs away and wouldn't be able to make - so he shouldn't have offered in the first place. Ultimately, Job showed up a week to the day that the gutters were installed the wrong way and I couldn't open the front door (this is after 3-4 different false promises and appts of them coming prior) and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. He was very gracious in person and apologized profusely. For this reason and all the madness, he also adjusted my invoice and reconciled it for what I had paid to date, which was very much appreciated. Ultimately, Job rectified himself in my view, Mike was also great throughout the process, but Ariana should be fired pronto.
Came out twice. Install gutter guards. That part was ok. Clean gutters and downspouts. Gutters ok. Downspouts not clean. Called for redo on clean out and so they could pick up tools left. Still not lean. Paid another company to clean out. They took apart downspouts and freed handfuls of pine needles and leaves.
My general comment overall is that I was 100 percent happy with the people who showed up to do the work, except at the tail end. They told me I should get a leaf guard put in. They said they would tell the office, who would then call us, but they didn't call us. The work was excellent, but the office left a lot to be desired. They canceled 3 appointments with me. I was not at all happy with how often they made an appointment and didn't show up. No one ever did get back to me about getting the guard on one part of my house. Their office is not as well run as their gutter part.
From start to finsh they were amazing, they were on time, and just all-around amazing
I had to have them come out three times to get done what should have been done the first time.
I am likely to recommend The Brothers that just do Gutters because the salesperson, Danielle was nice, knowledgable, and pleasant to work with.

i've had a very good experience,starting with salesman Michael Bueti,then the initial installers,didn't catch their names.They were neat and efficient.Today I had the repairs done and again they were very polite,clean and knew what had to be done .
I had called them to replace a gutter that had been damaged by a fallen tree. While the salesman was looking to replace the gutter he showed me the gutter guards which were suppose to prevent the gutters from clogging. I never had a problem with clogging but since I had some extra money from insurance I bought the high end ones, thinking I would never have to worry about the gutters again.
The first rain I noticed water was running off the roof as if there were no gutters at all. Next rain was even worse with practically no water going into the downspout. I called and they said they would set up an appointment to look at it. I told them i would be away in two weeks so they needed to come the following week
No return call came. I called again and once again reminded them the days I would be away. They left a message on Sunday morning setting up an appointment THE WEEK I SAID I WOULD NOT BE HOME. After another call from me they came the friday before I left.
The workers who came was very nice and explained that my five inch gutters were too small and that the debris from the roof was covering the guards causing the water to run off the top of the gutters. They cleaned the debris off the gutter. Yet when they tested it with a hose water was still dripping off the gutters. Another explanation about pitch of roof etc.
I told them I never had problems before they put these gutter guards on. They suggested I go up on the roof with a leaf blower pretty much after every rain. Even they realized how ridiculous the suggestion was. I told them that at this point I just want them removed. They said they would have a supervisor call me. Of course when i returned from vacation there was no call.
So thanks to the brothers I basically have no functioning gutters.
Very responsive and thorough. Products are good, but we had a few issues with the installation that they later fixed.
