The Bath Authority messed up my appointment. Stay home all day waiting and when I gpt an answer it was oh you weren't scheduled in the system. So sorry. If that was the other way they would have charged me. But for them so sorry.

Everything was as expected.

The promises made in the sales pitch were not followed. Products installed did not match what was described, and the room was a mess requiring deep cleaning after the installer left. There is still caulk stuck on our toilet and in our sink, and blue stains on our countertop. We had to clean caulk off the walls and facet. There are also gaps in the caulking where the acrylic connects to the wall.

Supposed to be a 1-2 day project that has yet to be completed 3 months later. Fly by night at best.

The price was too high but I had to have it done.

Liked the idea that I received a call back offering a rebate to make the project cheaper. That was the deciding factor to continue with the project.

The finished product is gorgeous!

We are happy with the products and the installation was good, however from the salesman was in our house we felt pressured to make a decision immediately without having time to think about it.

This was definitely much more expensive that we expected. I prefer a more transparent pricing model where everything is broken down into cost of each material, labor expense, etc. because I feel like we probably overpaid this service. They did a beautiful job and I have absolutely no complaints about the people we worked with or the job they did. I only wish we could've seen a more detailed pricing breakdown.

D.J. And Alex were prompt, knocking on my door at 8am, right on time. They communicated clearly with me explaining the process and about how long they would be working. I was really surprised at how quickly my old tub and walls were taken down and the new installed! They covered my flooring to protect it while working and kept everything very tidy. I was surprised the install was complete by 2pm! I was then walked through how to work my new fixtures and we spoke about cleaning and the upkeep of my new tub. I was also given a handout for me to keep which further explained proper products to use to clean my tub. They did a great job and I love my new tub, my bathroom feels luxurious and bigger!

It took a little longer than we thought it would to get on the schedule but once the parts came in it was quick and our install team, DJ & Alex were great

It has been a month and the work is not finished. There has been no outreach from the company. I have attempted to make contact twice. Once was successful. There was no follow up from them.

We are satisfied with our new bath/shower combo. The workers were great and got everything done in one day even though we were told it could be a two day job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the high pressure sales during the consult. We were told the only way to get a "discount" was if we signed and paid half the same day. We ended up agreeing and it worked out well, but I strongly dislike this tactic to try to pressure people to not shop around. I would advise others to shop around before getting a quote from The Bath Authority so you can make an informed decision.

The installers were friendly and professional. They did a great job and I am very pleased.

Very happy with the whole process. Our design consultant Carl was great. Installer Gene was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

The assessment was explained fully as were the options. Our materials came in ahead of time. The installers did a wonderful job. They completed the job in a day and a half. It probably would have only been one day, except they had to reroute some plumbing.
As this is a handicap shower, the side of the base pan is flat. We have an issue with water running off the seat on to this edge and the floor. Upon notifying BA. They recommend a solution and ordered it. If it wasn’t for this glitch, that has yet to be rectified, I would have given them 5 stars.

I am completely satisfied with the work, the workmanship, and the courtesy care of my home. DJ and Caden were courteous. I was very satisfied with the people.

The sales person was great but things after that wasn’t so great. I like having everything in front of me in black and white to know my actual total cost and what pmts are to be. The worker Gene was great. Here when he said he would be and did very great work.

From the initial stop into a satellite store near my home to the agent I dealt with at my home to the worker who installed the tub to shower conversion, the process was thorough and well explained.

Very satisfied with finish project. Concern communication between sales person and company. “They will work with you if you are not comfortable paying 90 percent cost of project before they start” your company did agree to 75 percent payment. Thank you! It did take several phone calls to accomplish this.

They installed the shower rather skillfully, but after their estimate, they got in touch with me to let me know that they would need to bill an extra $900 to remove a certain pipe. This should have been covered from the start, since we went over everything before they began the job.
